i ordered two Cheesy Street Tacos… they gave me two random pieces of chicken thrown into the big bag along with my other food. The chicken was the only thing thrown in with absolutely no little bag keeping them together… mind you i didnt even order the chicken i ordered Cheesy street tacos.
As soon as i got home and noticed i did not get what i ordered, i drove right back.
The women at the register was arguing with me, telling me the two random pieces of chicken WAS the Tacos…. Photos below of the said chicken vs the tacos… she was arguing with me for about THREE WHOLE MINUTES before the guys in the kitchen came to calm her down and tell her they re-made me the food. She rolled her eyes and practically threw the bag at me.
I come here ALL THE TIME, and although the food is a hit or miss some nights the staff has ALWAYS been super super nice and ive never had an issue. This was my first time seeing this lady and i hope i never have to see her again, or at the very minimum i hope she gets some more customer service training.
Extremely disappointed.

Cashier was polite and even tried to save me money. Very friendly. Her English was a little tough to understand but we got it. AC felt like it wasn’t working well so I felt bad for the people in the back. Getting my order was mostly quick and accurate.

The drive-thru is quick and efficient. Always getting the orders correct at this Taco Bell location off of I-81 and 37 in north Winchester, Virginia. Hours are different through the COViD-19 Pandemic. The breakfast items here are a good change to the regular drive-thru menus at all the other restaurants.

Stopped by while driving through the area and man what a surprise. This is easily the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Service was good and quick, not only that but the tacos were more filled than any ones if ever received from a Taco Bell.

Is sad to come to places like this with this type of ppl , I’m a truck driver at 12midnight trying to get some food and they refuse service to me because I’m not in a car and lobby was close , I told them my truck won’t fit and I have not eating anything , they did not care at all .. shame on these people , and the worst part, they were super rude not even giving me a chance to explain anything… I took a picture of the employee just to show their faces. I hope you will never need help from nobody in the future .
