BEST BEST BEST I was never really offered the opportunity to eat Indian food. I had to stay at this hotel a few weeks ago and had the opportunity. I had the butter chicken which I had always heard about and another rice dish. The food was amazing. A few weeks later I had to stay in Allentown again and stay at the same hotel near the airport and had the opportunity to eat there again. The food was equally as amazing and this time I had some really good Indian type of bread to go with it. Also, the basmati kernel rice is just amazing. It’s hard to find this and they must order in special. I know when I had tried to find this before I had to order it and it’s like an Indian Himalayan style long grain rice. Probably the longest grain that there is. I highly recommend that you try this place. It is now one of my new favorite spots

Very disappointing experience at Biryani Hut. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and unfortunately the long wait was not worth it at all.
The malai boti was not cooked properly — raw in places and completely lacked flavor. The so-called pizza was basically naan soaked in oil with salan inside, extremely greasy and nothing like what was advertised and not a single bit of cheese. The karahi wasn’t karahi at all; it tasted more like achar chicken and had only a handful of onions and green peppers, with no real masala or depth of flavor.
Overall, the food was oily, poorly prepared, and misleading compared to the menu. After waiting that long, I expected much better. For the price and the quality, this place is not worth it. I would not recommend Biryani Hut and won’t be returning.

Food was horrific, I ordered a mix grill. The karahi was like achar chicken. The malai boti was just plain chicken and not a single bit of flavour. The pizza was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC it was naan and then it was just basically masala on top of it. Overall would never recommend anyone to come here

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The wait time for our food was unreasonably long, and when it finally arrived, it was extremely oily and unpleasant. We informed the staff and were given replacement food, but unfortunately that was just as oily as the first order.
On top of that, the service was poor and unhelpful throughout the entire visit. To make matters worse, they still charged us for the unseasoned chicken that we didn’t even enjoy or ask to keep. Overall, horrible service, low-quality food, and no accountability. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I am South Indian and I’ve been to most of the Indian restaurants in the Allentown area. This chicken biriyani is hands down the best in the area. Authentic chef from India, great spice level, and all the proper masala. They gave me a complementary kheer to try, which was absolutely incredible; not overly sweet, but so delicious. Sachin at the front desk showed excellent service. 10 stars if I could.

I had such an amazing experience at Biryani Hut! I ordered the saag paneer, malai kofta, and a mango lassi, while my dad went with the mysore masala dosa and let me tell you, every single dish was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The mango lassi was perfectly sweet and refreshing too. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome, and the ambience was aesthetically beautiful and cozy perfect for enjoying a comforting meal. Can’t wait to come back again!
