We’ve tried many places before — including Magic Noodle and different ramen spots — but honestly, this ramen stood out as more flavorful and more satisfying. The broth was rich, deep, and comforting, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the beef was tender and full of taste. Every spoonful felt carefully made, not rushed.
You can really tell when a place puts heart into their food, and Noodle Max definitely does. This bowl was comforting, delicious, and far exceeded our expectations. If you’re a ramen lover and think you’ve tried it all — come here. You’ll taste the difference.

Restaurant is super casual. You can see supply boxes in plain sight, as well as a counter with chopsticks, napkins, jugs, etc.
I ordered liangpi with chilli oil sauce for $6.99, popcorn chicken for $7.99 and beef stir fry noodles for $14.99.
Of all three items, I’d only recommend the liangpi. It’s only available from Friday-Sunday, and I believe they only sell it during the summertime. I liked the flavours and the chilli oil was great; noodle texture was nice too. I’m just not a big fan of meatless dishes though.
I didn’t like the popcorn chicken because it’s just dry and felt chalky / powdery and wasn’t juicy and fragrant.
The beef stir fry noodle was made with round noodles, onions, cabbage and carrot. I thought it was alright, but a tad bit too salty and not enough wok hei.
Service was quick and attentive.

I was blown away by the beef stir-fry on round noodles as recommended. Very clean, quick and reasonably priced. I could have eaten these noodles for day. This meal stands tall on its own with no extra sauces or flavour required. This place is a hidden gem.

Our first time coming to noodle max and it was busy on a Friday night. We ordered their signature beef noodle and beef stir fry. Both came pretty quickly: The broth was flavourful (but a bit too much MSG) and the beef was tender, noodles were done just right. The beef stir fry was solid as well except the sauce got a bit watery at the end. Overall it was a good dining experience!

I love this place, broth is flavourful, food prices are reasonable and best of all they have really good prices, I go to this place often and this one just hits the spot I personally Reccomend the beef max, Also this is in the same plaza as the cineplex odeon so you can just watch a movie after eating at this fantastic nooodle place!

I quite enjoyed my experience here. The noodle soup was fresh, tasty, and huge in portion. Ingredients were delicious and went well together. I also tried the bbq tofu and Gyozas and they were both delicious. Overall recommend it to anyone who wants to try some noodle dishes.

Cozy place with friendly staff. Not many words were exchanged, but it’s straightforward. We all ordered the Noodle Max but different variations of the noodle. This one I got was triangle shaped, and I think it’s my new favourite shape. Texture for handpulled noodles was perfect!! Soft with a little chewiness, broth was just right , price point is great

The best fresh noodles in town! But this time I tried other side dishes and they are all amazing!! Cold noodle is a must try and only available in the summer during weekend! Popcorn chicken is very crispy. Also they are doing catering for their side dishes.

Well today a colleague and I decided to go to one of are favourite spots, noodle max as we ordered are food the server was very rude and seemed pushy. I let that go thinking everyone has a bad day and thought nothing else of it.
Then as we were eating our food we saw the server blowing her nose and NOT washing her hands and serving food to other customers.
Super disgusted hopefully this goes into the right hands and dealt with accordingly because the food is really good here. Portions are great price is good.

Noodle Max has been our go to place for noodles and authentic northern Chinese dishes in Aurora / Newmarket region since it’s opened. The food is amazing and so as the service! I wish I could take better pictures or at least pictures for a whole plate but we couldn’t wait to dig in . Highly recommend the noodle, liangpi and pork mo!
