We spend 25 minutes on a table with no service at all, no even get drink order,make us fell like not want to take our table. If their no willing to work could always shutdown. We go straight to KEG STEAK HOUSE after poor service at this location.

My server was fantastic, had an issue with the food. He couldn’t have apologized more than enough and did everything he could to try to take care of the situation. Manager did remake all of our food. We eat in there many times before always good service. Always good food. Just this time for whatever reason my food was ice cold but they didn’t take care of it. So I don’t have any complaints. Charles was my server. Took really great care of us. Nothing was his problem. He really did all that he could can’t say enough. Good things about him.

Update: They added the naked wings back and have been better. I wouldn’t have bothered to update but last week a delivery service driver only grabbed one out of my two bags and because I ordered from that service there was really no way to complain. I called and got a manager who refunded that part of the order and I reorded it. Yes I paid more but that wasn’t their fault and the manager was really kind.
They were fantastic until I went to order and they removed the plain option (naked), so I figured I’d put in order comments, but they don’t allow them. Totally ruined and I ordered from them quite a bit.

Wings are always good. However whoever puts the take out orders together needs to learn to count to 8. Both 8 Bone-in wing orders tonight and my last order a couple weeks ago was SHORT one wing. There is a trust that my order will be filled correctly. Very disappointing.

edit: They fixed the issue but I still don’t think they put enough sauce on the wings, now I just order extra wing sauce containers with my order. I do like the wings and the fries.
