We ordered delivery and it took over an hour. As we were calling to cancel, they were pulling up with the food. Instead of telling us to keep the food because it took so long, they took the food back. Terrible service.

What a bummer. Long day, ordered JJ because we thought it would be nice rather than cooking. Made an online order, picked it up, and got home to find one of the sandwiches was literally only the bread with 2 slices of cheese. Who orders that? How is that mistake even possible? Nice kids working there, but man, that’s disappointing. Didn’t get the mayo packets either, but the sandwich ordeal is bizarre.

Went in only because they say buy a sandwich make it a combo for free after 2. It was 7:45 p.m. My husband ordered and paid but they charged us for a combo. When I asked about it I was told I had to ask before otherwise they lose money. I shouldn’t have to ask for a special deal I get text about every day. Nowhere does it say you have to request it. Definitely feel cheated!

Can I give them 4.9 stars? They’re a regular in my restaurant ventures. I use the drive through and I’m eating in less than 5 minutes from the time they take my order. I’ve been many times and they’ve never gotten my order wrong, always give plenty of napkins, and have always been incredibly fast and friendly. I do wish their bread was a little less cooked. Sometimes it comes out a tad brown on the top for some reason.

I see that I am not the only one that has noticed this, by the recent reviews. It used to be that Jimmy Johns was one of the few fast food places that actually confirmed the order when it was ordered, when you drove up to the window to pay, they would confirm it again, as they were taking payment, and when they gave you the completed order, they confirmed it again, as well as if the order was paid in cash, they actually confirmed the order amount and counted back the change properly. This is VERY rare, and apparently is not going on anymore here. I ordered last night at the drive up, giving the # of sandwich and the name of the sandwich. When I drove up to the window, nothing had been confirmed, and I asked myself if I gave the correct sandwich, and it wasn’t what I thought I had ordered, which I am not perfect either. I could have given the wrong sandwich. Fortunately I asked, and they made sure the sandwich was what I ordered, which it was. From a business standpoint, and a team communication and satisfaction perspective, this should be basic expected communication when you place an order anywhere. Thanks for making the sandwich correctly, and I hope you return to the fantastic service you used to provide consistently. I imagine this type of communication would reduce almost all errors and be a benefit to you, as well. Thank you!

If I could give them more stars I would. I ordered online and it said due to short staffing it might be a little extra wait time which I didn’t mind. So I put in my order and not more then 5 minutes later was my order at my door!! Absolutely amazing service 10/10 recommend. You guys never disappoint me and I love your sandwiches. Not to mention the fact that the bread is ALWAYS fresh and amazing along with your meats and veggies. Honestly the best sandwich shops with such great prices. You guys will always have my business!
