Usually they are pretty good. But this time the older guy that’s always at this store was instantly disrespectful soon as he answered the phone. After finally getting my food after ordering it twice and it not being delivered the first time, my “toasted” subs were all ice cold. All three! So you know it was done on purpose. The man makes my girlfriend so uncomfortable she refuses to go inside or the drive thru anymore. Smh just terrible service this go around

Ordered The Pepe & Thai chicken wrap. Bread on sandwich was hard and we paid $2 extra for avocado “spread” and barely was put on the sandwich. The sauce in the wrap was to spicy for me. Also, got an oatmeal raisin cookie…hard as a rock and I threw it away. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Very slow service. Ordered 2 combos and an 8″ sandwich. Total was almost $30!!! Order took a while to complete and will probably not go back as the combos are extremely expensive. Not sure how the rewards program works, but almost $10 for a small sandwich combo is not reasonable!

Prompt delivery. Fee is only $2.00. Recommend adding Jimmy’s Peppers very tasty. Photo is of the #4 turkey breast on wheat bread. Portions are fair. Prices are reasonable. Quality is consistent.

Large extremely loud girl refused to put cheese on my sandwich after I discovered it was missing, she said because the man who took our order forgot to put it on she didn’t have to put it on. She was very loud, aggressive and hateful. The man she was working with even said that he was sorry he forgot to put cheese on it and would be happy to put cheese on it. She slammed my sandwich down so hard that everything fell out of it so I asked for a refund. She refused to show me proof of a refund but told me it was refunded told me I could stand there all night if it made my heart happy and said she was the manager.
