Worst Culver’s ever been to. Mainly because of the slowness. Waited almost 10 min in the drive through line just to put my order in and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. (only 1 of the 2 order lanes was open). Then after ordering and pulling around the building i saw the stack-up of cars waiting for their food. There were at least 6 or 7. After paying at the window i waited a solid 20 min for my food to come out and some cars that ordered after me had their food before me. I only ordered a 4 pc chicken tender so not sure why it took that long. And at almost $9 for 4 tenders the wait and price definitely were not worith my time. Won’t be back to that location anytime soon.

When first opened in wayland the food was top notch…. the last 3 times I’ve ordered its been sub par. My onion rings I had to finish cooking in my air fryer and the burgers have been dry not hot and minimal toppings and the cheese wasnt even melted. I love culvers and I hope they do better in the future. I will attach a photo of the doctored up burger to make it palatable. Along with the onion rings.

Comfortable interior with a good variety of seating options from high-tops, 4-person tables or booths.
Prices are higher than the more well-known national chain restaurants, but you get what pay for with higher quality items and flavors.
Good selection of burgers, chicken, and some seafood meals. The soups are made fresh and I recommend the chili (the supreme includes cheese, onions and sour cream).
This location plays Country music sofely in the background, so you can still carry on a conversation.
There is a drive-through, as well as outdoor seating on nice days.

Place was very busy, which we expected. However, one of the 3 meals we ordered did not come out with the rest of our order. After waiting 20 minutes, I returned to the counter to inquire about the rest of our order. (There were 3 of us). The young lady that took our order apologized and looked up our order. She told another young lady (both appeared to be teenagers) that we had waited 20 minutes. The second one rudely said our order would be coming out soon, it was busy and we just needed to wait. The first asked the line cooks for our order. After looking at the tickets hanging, no one replied they saw it. The second one again, more rude this time, said a lot of people have been waiting and pointed to the food on the counter and tickets hanging. I acknowledged that hut added we already had most of our food but was waiting on a combo basket still. She raised her voice and started lecturing me. I let her finish then told her she was being unprofessional and rude and could I talk to her manager. She disregarded me and told me to wait and my food will come out when it’s my turn. The first young lady looked at her, with a face of astonishment and walked to the back. Within 5 minutes we got the rest of our food delivered to our table. The young lady delivering it apologized profusely.
I, as a mother of 2 teenagers, was appalled by the way the second young lady acted and treated me. I was nice, patient and understanding of the busy crowd. I just wanted to know if part of our order was forgotten, and she escalated the situation. The way this teenager spoke to me was unacceptable.
Also, our burgers were cold when we received them.

The food was terrible. The hamburger was as hard as cardboard and the onion rings were pure salt. The Mac n cheese wasn’t good, worse than the box Kraft Mac n cheese. My tenders were ok but the fries were so soggy. It was not a good experience. Expensive food for bad quality.

Employees were kind but they forgot cheese on one of our order’s cheeseburgers. A burger of our group of 4 needed a gluten free bun because my sister has celiac disease but then the bun came in a pre packaged bag. There were a few annoying kids but that is what you can expect from a family restaurant.

Atmosphere was very typical of a fast food restaurant. It was clean, although a couple tables hadn’t been wiped down yet. We dined in, cashier was pleasant. The food was hot or cold, as appropriate.

My burger was all wrong. When I tried to get it fixed Brittney was very rude gave a couple of pickles, a packet of mayo a slice of tomato and told me to fix it myself. Really ruined my meal. Later when I got my free scoop she tried to charge me for the topping. She shouldn’t be working with customers..so mean to every other person working with her too.
