STAY AWAY!!!!! Came here to watch a Womens hockey game to support my sister playing against Adrian College. Had an issue in the 3rd period where Adrian Men’s Hockey players poured beer on our goalies as they were walking to the ice. We had a parent ask the players who poured the beer on them. We reported the issue to management, who proceeded to kick us out of the bar. So if you have an issue here, do not report it to management, because you will be blamed and forced to leave. Manager was rude and not helpful. Usually have harassment issues here, have reported before and nothing is done. Stay out of this bar. You will not be welcome.

Server took our order and disappeared. 45 minutes later, find out she left and we’re getting a different server. Another 15 minutes our food arrived, missing an item because original server never included the item. Our second server was great and very attentive.

The layout is amazing and the servers are doing a really good job, but not much you can do when you have such crappy food. Which is typical with any restaurant managed by sodexo, they have the reputation of worse food out there, Adrian should drop them and bring in a company that knows what they are doing

Past experiences have been positive with good food. But today, I ordered 15 total wings (10 Canadian, 5 Kansas City), and 90+minutes later I get 2 cheeseburgers. I didn’t look into the boxes until I got home, because I was just so happy at the time to finally get “my food.”

Nice enough server that was clearly in a tough spot fielding complaints, but unbelievably terrible food experience. We ordered 3 burgers, all of which came out extremely overcooked and very, very dry. They were truly not edible. Two of them were also made without the bacon that should have come with them. When mentioned to the server, they brought out a thing of bacon that couldn’t have been less than 1-2 hours old, dried out and cold. When mentioning how awful the burgers were the response we got was “I think some cook OK and some don’t…” Well, clearly today was the don’t. Also, what kind of a response is that?! After this we got a whopping half off of one of the 3 burgers offered to us. So, $50 later for a quesadilla that was good and some decent tater tots I’m not certain we’ll ever waste our money here again.

Arrived at 6p for my nephew’s hockey game scheduled for 6:30. Placed an order for food, three of us together, the game ended just before 7:30 and we still hadn’t received our order. Seriously, something is wrong that such a nice facility for the college and the community can’t perfect the food service in that facility. What a shame. WOW, just wow.
