I had a great experience at the Waldorf, MD CAVA location, which is my favorite by far. Felicia L. prepared my order, and everything was made exactly how I requested. Ashley R. was efficient and pleasant while ringing me up, making the checkout process smooth. I also appreciated Luis, the manager who took a moment to ask how my day was which was such a small gesture, but it really stood out. I was extremely hungry after fasting, the team got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality or service. Excellent customer service all around. This is easily my favorite location. I’ll definitely continue coming back!!

Love this location! Ever since I moved around the area about a year ago this location has been my to go to! The food is always fresh and always flavorful ! Not to mention the customer service is amazing down to the cashier very helpful and very nice. 10/10 !!!

I tried this cava for the first time last week and it was extremely consistent with that of other locations. The portions were generous, and the pricing is great. Spent a little over $14 for a bowl and pita chips.

Cava truly cares about its customers, and I was touched by the quality of the food. Spent my birthday in the ER & a friend brought me here for a quick birthday meal on January12th. It was my first time eating @ Cava or even eating this type of food.
The staff was great & helpful with my choices. I had the chicken/rice bowl. Lots of first for me & so delicious!!
My birthday started out horrible BUT the food was a delicious delightful ending.
I can’t wait to go back & explore/ taste other options.
The only thing I didn’t like is the lamb is spicy & would have been my preference but I can’t eat anything spicy.
