10/31/25- Ordered 3 subs- Thanksgiving, pizza meatball, cheesesteak through app for pick up @1:30 Friday. Food was ready & hot, all subs were good. Thanksgiving sub only had 1 tiny bite of cranberry, but $1 gravy was very good. We added a lot of toppings to the cheesesteak but still thin sub, and pizza meatball was very good. All bread & ingredients were VERY fresh. This was our 1st visit, would order meatball again & try Italian sub or chicken dumpling soup

Went in to place an order for Medium Premium Roast beef. Was told they was out of White Bread for Medium sandwiches. So i asked if we get large sandwiches would we be charged for large when we wanted Medium. Was told yes. Collierville is the absolute worst establishment ever. Workers are very lazy. It was 4:15 and they was out of bread. Ok, make some more. Service there is horrible….

Lost Ja Morant auction bid for my guy friend. Love the meatball sub. The sandwiches have fresh meat and vegetables. The atmosphere is filled with kids and families. I usually take my lunch to go. I’m glad to have another option from a smoothie. The price is affordable for the amount of food provided.

The food is always good. Service is hit or miss. Last visit, nobody spoke clearly or seemed too shy to talk to customers yet very comfortable talking clearly and loudly to each other. Unclear directions on where to pick up mobile order and when I finally figured it out, it wasn’t there when they said it was complete and place in the pickup area. This location never feels well put together.

I’ve never eaten at a firehouse subs before and was nervous about trying a new place. Luckily I chose this location and it was a fairly straightforward process. The employees working at the time of my visit were friendly, polite and efficient. When I got my meal I was missing an item and when I brought it to their attention they immediately fixed it. The environment was clean and peaceful.

We enjoy firehouse but this location is so slow. I don’t know if they need more help or they’re just busy all the time but we always are waiting for our food longer than anticipated. We’ve started ordering to go before we even leave the house and we still wait a long time when we get there.
