Food was cold on both orders except for the corn nuggets. Super small pieces of chicken strips in both boxes with one box having a medium size one. This was at lunch time so the food should have been fresh and hot not sitting. Don’t plan on visiting here again.

Went thru drive thru ordered 3 pc chicken with roll I got cold chicken and a drink as window man said drink came with combo I did not order a combo so no roll in order and it tasted of old greese after I warmed it up. It definitely was on shelf a long time worst I’ve ever had.

Food is fine. It is run by kids though so they won’t care about things like “no gravy”. Its been years and they still cant get it right. Great they have ‘first hire’ situations but a total let down if you need ANY change to something. They’ll totally ignore allergies.

Service was polite at the drive thru. Ordered a number 2 with a biscuit and fried pickles. Got a roll and no biscuit. Food was cold and pickles were chewy. Gravy was incredibly questionable. On a road trip or we would’ve asked for it fixed. Incredibly disappointing.

I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed after eating chicken express for more than 20 years they used to be reasonable great tasting food at a good price. They have now they priced themselves like a high-end restaurant which they are not. I just purchased eight pieces mixed dark with rolls no sides no drink, nothing except chicken and rolls. My total was $21.64. The young man who helped me couldn’t believe my price as he kept asking people if it was correct, he is to be commended, nice young man.
I believe it’s time to find another go to chicken spot, disappointing to say the least!

I paid $15 for 7 tenders and can’t even get a dipping sauce or gravy. I paid extra for dipping sauce for 7 tenders and no gravy. Does it not come with anything???
And one of my tenders is a regular one. I ordered spicy and they threw in a regular one so I only got 6 spicy. I mean really? I went in an hour after opening. It’s not like they were closing down and didn’t have any more to cook. Pure carelessness.

I think I’ve eaten at every Chicken Express out there but this is by far the best. I had always eaten tenders but Cason, a sharp and on point young man, told me to try the catfish. Omg, it’s the best catfish I’ve had and I’ve lived in Mississippi. Very clean, prompt and consistent. Eat here and all of your wildest dreams will come true!

I come here about twice a week for lunch. Food is always on point, no complaints there whatsoever. Service was terrible though. The old lady working right now in drive thru is here alot and the first time i encountered her, i figured sge was just having a bad day. Turns out, thats just how she is. She should not be talking to customers, put her in the back. One of the most impolite people ive encountered in every aspect. Food was great though!

This is the first time I stopped at a Chicken Express and people act like they didn’t want to deal with you. The tea wasn’t sweet and when I told them that it wasn’t sweet she gave me some more tea and then handed me some packages of sugar and said she couldn’t sweetened it anymore but it was sweet enough. Then the girl that gave me my food asked me did I have a certain order and I said yes so instead of her putting it in my hand she said it on the counter right in front of my face and walked off. Everyone in this location seems like something is wrong
