Me and my husband went to Brick and Bourbon Apple Valley for date night this evening. We arrived at around 4:30pm. The parking lot was about 2/3 full and it was moderately busy. We were welcomed and seated promptly by a friendly host. Our server, Nathan arrived at our table quickly and was very friendly and offered help with any questions we had about the menu. Took our drink order and returned with them. I had a Dragonberry mojito and my husband had the maple smoked old fashioned. Both were delicious and great presentation! We then ordered Dinner. I had the cedar planked stuffed Salmon and he had the Bourbon burger. Outstanding!!! Mind blowing delicious and beautifully plated! We then had another drink. I had the red wine sangria and he had the Georgia White Peach Old Fashioned. Again, absolutely delicious drinks!! The food was fresh and hot. Drinks perfectly made. Service was excellent upper echelon!! We paid our bill which came to about $107 before the tip but was so worth it! We will be making this our new go-to date spot. FYI… it definitely gets busier after 5:30pm and the parking lot does get crowded!! Word of advice.. drive a smaller vehicle! Too many big trucks and oversized SUVs take up a lot of extra space and make it difficult to park. I drove a Mazda 3 and so glad I did!

Brick & Bourbon is a great local spot for the suburbs with a huge menu and something for everyone. We had a really good experience, and a big part of that was our waiter Calvin. He took amazing care of us, gave great recommendations, and was consistently attentive without hovering. Seriously great service.
It definitely has that busy bar-style vibe, energetic, lively, and usually pretty packed (especially weekends). The space is open and spacious with a mix of booths, tables, and bar seating.
One of the highlights is their bourbon flights, which are such a fun way to try a variety without committing to one pour. Definitely recommend doing a flight if you’re into bourbon or just curious.
Food-wise, we tried a decent spread, some highlights were the Duck bacon wontons: very tasty, but extremely salty. Like… these bad boys were CAKED. If you’re sensitive to salt, just a heads up. The Chicken caprese sandwich: really good, made with an entire chicken breast and comes with a large portion of fries. The Burgers: all-around good and cooked well. We also tried the Buffalo mac & cheese: basically boneless buffalo wings on top of their classic mac. Good, but didn’t have a huge wow factor.
They also are scratch-made, even down to desserts, which is always a plus.
Plenty of parking, but pro tip: join the waitlist before you go on weekends. It gets busy and the wait times can get long.

Everything was phenomenal! The food was fantastic, including the Brisket Mac & Cheese, The Three Wiseman Burger, and the Parmesan garlic fries, all of which were packed full of flavor!
Nate was also very friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to provide his recommendations! His service was also quick and he stayed on top of everything!
Would highly recommended dining here, as we will be back again!

Yeahhhhh …I think they finally did it baby! We have lived in this area for 8 yrs and this location has been like 5 different restaurants. None of them great but I have been to this place 3 times in the last month and its trying to creep up in the weekly est out rotation. They have a hot dish…yes a freakin hot dish. You know in mn that can be risky. Try this one !. There is a ravioli beet pasta …if you ever meet me I will tell you the story. We will be back for sure its a great place to catch a wolves game too….lively bar crowd for those ! Good job guys

We went to Brick & Bourbon in Apple Valley for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and vibes were great, and the staff was so friendly and attentive from start to finish.
And the food… wow. The garlic parmesan fries were fresh, crispy, and came with the most delicious garlic aioli. I ordered the Short Rib Mac & Cheese and it was incredible—super flavorful, and the drizzle of BBQ plus the crispy onion strings and jalapeños took it to another level. They do mac & cheese very well here. My husband got the Italian Stallion sandwich and it was packed with flavor (definitely a fork-and-knife situation in the best way).
We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu! Highly recommend.

Decided to try this new place while out holiday shopping. While the parking lot was full we still we’re able to get a table rather quickly. Our server Adam was absolutely wonderful and very attentive. I chose the Salmon ( got the Lemon Blanc sauce on the side)and my daughter got the Fettuccine Alfredo. I have to say this was one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had.

I was visiting from Idaho and was told by my family to try this new place. So glad we did! Great food and unbelievable service from not only our server Alisha but the owner Brandon. They made our experience that much better. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back the next time I am in town. BTW the Smoking Barrel Maple Old Fashion is a must!

I had an amazing experience from the time I walked in and sat down. My server Dago was amazing! I appreciated the reccommendations and the N/A drink options were fire! The lavender lemonade and the kiwi Strawberry lemonade were both great drinks and the Nashville Chicken Sandwhich with the parmesan fries were to die for. From the flavoring, presentation, and taste. 5 stars & beyond. Thank you all for a great experience and wonderful late lunch. Cheers
