Complaint about the delivery driver! He delivered 4553 w Ivanhoe, Chandler (time 5:55) 01/9/2026. He occupied a private parking space belonging to another house, showed no hurry to leave, and even insulted the homeowners. I’m waiting for an email from boss regarding the deliveries (the car had a symbol Domino’s on it and it was gray, I didn’t have time to take a picture).

However, over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Naomi, who works at my local spot. She is always incredibly kind and creates a warm environment with her friendly conversations. Her presence has truly made a difference for me, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ve started coming back more frequently. I trust that my order will be taken care of, and if any issues arise, I know Naomi or anyone on the team will handle it with genuine care. On my recent visit, she even left a sweet message on my box wishing me a great Saturday. It’s these small, thoughtful gestures that really touch the heart. It probably only added an extra 30 seconds to her routine, but it made me feel valued and appreciated as a regular customer.

Ordered at 9:45pm and according to the tracker, our food went under the heat lamps, aka quality check, at 10:18pm. We did not get our food until 11:25pm and we were staying 3 miles from the restaurant. The chicken carbonara had next to zero alfredo sauce on it and both of our medium pizzas were cold and dried out when they arrived.

Dominos is always a clutch fast pizza delivery. One time they forgot my soda in the order and the delivery driver dropped it off. She was extremely considerate about the delivery of the whole order but I have never been disappointed.

Domino’s has really improved in recent years. This location is fast and friendly. I appreciate the great service. Ordering on the app is effortless. The buffalo chicken pizza is good and they even have gluten free options. The little extra touches, like paper plates and napkins, are a nice idea. The prices are fair. I will be back.
