I ordered two regular #17’s , drove 20 minutes back home to find out that once again it was not what I ordered. I found two #17’s with bacon added to both which is unacceptable. I wasted $25 on a meal I had to throw away because of the bacon being added and even once it was removed you could still taste it. Too many people behind the counter doing nothing and no manager made their presence known.
The service and quality at this location is continuing to decline.

I ordered a veggie sub, and this’s what I got. The sandwich artist(s) didn’t even attempt to fill it out. There were only three thin slices of green pepper and tomato ; there was more cheese (Swiss and Provolone) than veggies. I added onions and banana peppers (which they didn’t put on); that was my fault and should’ve said something. Thinking about it, it would’ve been nice if lettuce also came on it; I also added mayonnaise and yellow mustard, which was a good amount. Two stars for the disappointing lunch. Atmosphere 4 stars. I will not be coming back.

I went into this establishment on Sunday night, the 30th of November staff was rude and didn’t care about customers experience. Would not recommend this location. Employees were huddled in the back.

Ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sub with mayo. Received a bacon and mayo sub. Was rudely told that I had to specifically ask for lettuce and tomato on a BLT, which I did since I specifically ordered a regular sized bacon, lettuce, and tomato with mayo sub. This place is heading down the toilet with the current management. Will not be going back.

First time at jersey mikes; wanted the club, but due to being pregnant I can’t have cold deli meat. I asked if they could warm up the cold meat they said no. Okay, I ended up ordering the buffalo chicken. Meat was horrible. Looks like cat food, could not customize what I wanted on the sandwich. Paid 10$ for a sub I didn’t eat that only came with tomatoes and lettuce. Will never return.

Server was very rude and you can tell she did not want to be there!!! On a giant sub, I requested that two of the four slices of cheese be different and it is a regular request of mine going to that location and is always done the way I ask, I mean we are paying for it, but she not only did she refuse, when I finally got fed up and asked for extra cheese so that I could get the cheese I wanted, she bagged it up. I did not pay extra on top of an already pretty expensive sub to have to dress it correctly when I get home, completely pissed, and turned off from the meal at this point. We all know how we picture our meals and the importance of it coming out the way that we wanted..
