Ordered a delivery, late arriving, cold, soggy batter, absolutely no idea what the so called sweet and sour sauce was but it definitely wasn’t any sweet and sour sauce I have ever seen or tasted before. Bright pink, tasted like a fruit sweet. Expensive so expected it to be decent, all in the bin, never again.

We ordered for 10 people on a Saturday night. No faults at all! Very good service. Everything hot and as we ordered. Came early with some freebies too! Great food, would go back

Ordered and waited a long time for arrival of food. Arrived cold and chicken balls were covered in hair. When complained about food hoping for a replacement, her answer was we could have it next time or wait sometime for replacement. Ended up feeding it to my dog, won’t be ordering there again. Being a regular customer stands for nothing.

I order from them occasionally, taste of food is very nice and they understand your food requirements. Alao they customise the ffod taste as per your request ( means chilly, spicy or salted )
I recommend it to my friends also when its busy delivery takes time bit normally it came before time

The food was delivered late and there was no tracking available. The food arrived cold, I had to microwave it all. It smelt weird and tasted odd. Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I’ve had. It wasn’t cheap, so I expected better quality. I would not recommend.

The order took almost 2 hrs to come, called three times to be told on its way!! Food didn’t taste nice at all, £45 wasted, never again. Whatever they put in the kung po was not edible meat. I would definitely not recommend this place sadly. We were so looking forward to a nice meal and we were disappointed beyond belief. Steer clear

Used a few times, very impressed but unfortunately my last order which was made at 5:45 took 2 hours or more to come. rang a couple of times and told it was on the way. Sorry to say I will not be using again and will also not recommend.

Food is good, although the chips have gone a little downhill since they moved. The card machine has been “down” for three weeks now, but conveniently there is a cash point almost right outside so you won’t be caught out. Can be a long wait during busy periods, but the one time I had to wait a long time I was given a free extra to compensate.

The delivery was late. A partial refund was rejected over cut-and-paste apology which just doesn’t cut it. Busy or no, you implement staffing, streamlining and scheduling strategies to accommodate these eventualities, you don’t penalise the customer.
Food was substandard and everyone regretted parting cash for this.
Chicken and noodle soup was the cheapest possible noodles you can get in a high-sodium stock cube chicken base and a dash of cornflower slurry. Food costs percentage on this takes the proverbial…
Hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour, and another cornflour slurry effort with a handful of leftovers thrown into for volume.
The special fried rice was far from special. Swimming in grease, a charred fried egg on top and drowning in a brown gravy demi that overpowered everything. The suspect meat offcuts used were soft and unrecognisable to the source of animal they originated from.
Curry sauce was more a gelatinous paste than a sauce. It didn’t pour, it had to be scooped.
The salt and chilli chips lacked both salt and chilli but were loaded with undercooked onions. They hadn’t cooked out the chips far enough so the condensation in the box meant they were a mushy affair on delivery.
Entirely regrettable. Lesson learnt. First and last time.
