I was given three small pieces of chicken after having to wait a long time for my order. This location was out of almost every single entree and were taking order requests. They didn’t close for another two hours and there were a lot of people dining in. I ordered three bowls and every single one of my bowls have a SOUP more than halfway up the bowl of the greens. It’s so disgusting and unappetizing. Along with raw onions and bell peppers of the chicken. They asked me to fill out the survey from the receipt while I waited for my food and I gave them a great review regardless of seeing what my order came out like and how horrendous this experience was, they didn’t even give me the fortune cookies 🙁

I must applaud Lillian and the staff for having our catered order for 30 people ready on time. She helped carry all 10 trays of food to my car AND then wished me a merry Christmas. What a great experience! Thank you!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything is fresh and made right in front of the customers. I tried to get a picture of their fresh cut up items in the refrigerator but it was in the back by the cooks and sort of sideways to me. I will post the picture and you can trust me that everything in there was freshly cut and about to go into the food being served.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the prices. I split a “plate” with my husband and it was only $10.49. It was plenty of food! They give generous servings!
I will definitely be back!

The Cooks (young boys) have seriously BAD Attitudes that need to be addressed by management. Talking back to supervisors and manager and playing games instead of working. Not professional for $20 hr. Front staff was very professional. Management better address the problem employees because patrons can see the attitudes. I Had to wait 30 minutes for my order.

Eh I’ve had better,my chicken teriyaki was burnt and major portion of it was inedible because of the carbon bark. I did an online order to-go and this was what I was presented with. Disappointed they knowingly served food at that state.

I’m a regular at this Panda Express, and I always look forward to my visits. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. Yesterday I paid a visit and once again wasn’t disappointed with the results!

While ordering food for lunch, i noticed that one of the food attendants accidentally dropped her pen on the fried rice, and to my surprise, she didn’t even bother to replace the tray. I found this quite unhygienic and off-putting. Moreover, when i politely suggested that the tray should be replaced, the staff members were rather rude in their response. I believe it’s important for the team to maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all times. Just thought you should be aware of this incident.
