The lady at the window was rude, took forever, overcharged me (at the other locations they charge $5 for Aguas Frescas) she charged me $6 and she didn’t top it with fresh fruit up top.

It’s always an amazing food experience when im at Snowball, not only are the snacks and food amazing, but the workers here make you feel like family. Makes me come back each weekend atleast once because of it!! Highly recommend Snowball Express, y por lo que cuesta salvo mas en lo que gastaria en otros lugares que no lo hacen como Snowball!!! TO TOP THAT THEY CLOSE AT 1AM!!!!

Second time here , same experience. Longest wait time , they don’t have half of the menu & end up giving you an alternative without letting you know before hand . Hot food is brought out cold . Cold drinks without ice just bad overall . They haven’t had chamoy both times either .
