We always take our residents with special needs here. I’m not sure the name of the gentleman who was working, we came on 06/03 around 4:30. He was AMAZING! He seemed like a manager. If he was, he’s doing an excellent job. He helped our clients buy meals that were within their budget and got our food out quickly. He was working very hard. Give this man a raise!

Wendy’s… The meal we had tonight was TOTAL TRASH…TOTAL GARBAGE.☠️☠️
Don’t serve this shit to customers. Nobody’s gonna wanna come back after they eat this CRAP.
Tonight I had a chicken sandwich, couple of small cheeseburgers, an order of fries and two orders of six piece chicken nuggets.
Six of the chicken nuggets were kind of warm. The other six were cold and HARD AS A ROCK. Should’ve been thrown in the trash instead of being served to your customers.
The FRIES…TOTAL GARBAGE ‼️ When I’m paying good money I want fresh and hot food not shit that’s been sitting there for 30 minutes under a warming light‼️
The meat on the hamburgers is about 1/16 of an inch thick and totally reminds
me of white castle sliders. The meat is tiny. Hard as a hockey puck.
It’s gonna be ONE LONG DAY IN HELL before we return to Wendy’s.
GARBAGE FOOD‼️ ☠️ ☠️

Yes sir… One employee can make or break an experience at a restaurant/fast food joint. And Kevin did that tonight with a smile and with a genuine caring personality. Big kudos to Kevin‼️
I appreciate everything being cooked hot and fresh. Maybe that was because of the late hour and they don’t hold food at night. But I asked for my Chicken nuggets to be cooked fresh and they were hot! Just the way I want them.
The salad was OK. Somehow it seemed a lot smaller than the salads I’ve had in the past. For $10 it should be a good size salad.
Thanks again Kevin. Wendy’s is lucky to have you as an employee‼️

Never never never order DoorDash for Wendy’s. I did tonight and I was sorry. So sorry I had to call DoorDash and complain!
Wendy’s does not cook DoorDash orders fresh. They just give you whatever shit they have in the bin. My Dasher did an excellent job. She picked up the order within a minute of me placing it. That was my first indication that something was wrong. They didn’t even have time to cook it. And they did not cook it. Chicken nuggets were barely warm. They sent the wrong sauce. The burgers had a very thin piece of dried out meat. The meat is the size of a slider from white Castle!
The whole experience was a mess. DoorDash did good. Wendy’s sucked!
I won’t be a customer at Wendy’s in the future‼️☠️
NOTE: after trying several unsuccessful attempts to contact Wendy’s via phone,
I actually received a call back from Leslie, the manager on duty. That was quite surprising. We had a short discussion about the issues I encountered and she offered some help and suggestions and said that next time I come in she would be sure to make it right. I thought that was pretty awesome. Leslie, you are a great manager. Kudos‼️

I just called this Wendy’s to ask a question. I cannot believe the attitude that I received from the manager! She is definitely not management material. I would recommend to corporate to replace this manager or you will lose business.
I’ll skip this one and go to the other one Wendy’s!

You cannot count on Wendy’s. Sometimes the lobby is open, sometimes it’s not. Tonight, the lobby was locked up tight at 7:39 PM. No access!

Workers asked us many times to confirm our order choices, 4 adults, 3 children, in drive-through. Orders still were missing drinks and one complete adult meal. We patiently calmly answered each repeated question.

We had go check the orders in the car which but still missing an adult meal.

First one apparent manager came to the take out and rudely asked what was the problem. Again we quietly and politely explained our order was missing an adult meal.

At that point another supervisory type person appeared coldly and rudely said the meal wasn’t on the receipt — which they still had. We just wanted our total seven meals and, of course would pay for it if it wasn’t charged.

Food was OK fast food.Window workers were courteous and trying to confirm, fill, and charge our correct orders.

Management/Customer Service was atrocious.

I just got me one of those mushroom swiss a double .that paid $11 and something. Square hamburgers fries are dry medium drink .$11 it was nothing..Real SMALL. the Dave’s double is hell of a lot better cheaper oh my God this is ridiculous
