Who is the owner? This location opens and close when ever they want to. The website says open at 5am, 6am they still not open but looking right at you through the windows. It took the lady 15 minutes to come to the window to tell me she is not open. All I wanted is a regular hot coffee. Now I’m late to work for no reason

Horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars, I went to go get coffee today and when I arrived the guy there saw me and didn’t ask if I would like to order, he was talking to his co-workers we made eye contact like 3 times and not taking my order, the co-worker had to step up and say oh you have a costumer for him to acknowledge me, then two guys arrived and were waiting there for a long time, while he was preparing my order; I ordered two Cappuccino’s and One mocha signature coffee , the cappuccino’s where ok but my coffee it was half way. I should have checked everything before leaving.

This DD just opened. Of course, I just had to go. Friendly staff, good coffee, but my bagel was old and stale. Soooo disappointing
I was going to go back but could not go back. Very disappointed as we were happy to have a DD nearby.
I think I will return and try them out again. Hopefully I will receive a fresh bagel this time.

I went here to order breakfast. The girl in drive thru got my order all wrong.

Well. Here at Dunkin Donuts on 79th Street by walmart. Had a great experience the cashier Cristina was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious it was a little hot but as soon as I said something the cashier turned the ac down. That’s customer service at its best.
The owner franchisee should be proud to have Cristina as a worker on the front line.

1st visit: The guy (don’t know his name) made me a delish caramel iced coffee. I paired it up with sausage croissant sandwich which it was good too.
2nd visit: I did the mobile order so when I went to pick it up the store was closed. (Closing is 8pm not 10pm like it says online.) So I went to the drive thru & the cashier tells us there was no donuts so that we can come in the morning the next day to claim our order.
**Tips: Don’t do mobile order at night because there is pretty much no food. Or call before you do a mobile order at night to be certain.
Keep in mind they are “fresh out the oven” they are still working some kinks running the shop. I think they have good potential with this shop just need some time. ✌

I would love to give the store a five star for the beautiful staff that works there on Sunday.. But I just feel that the person that owns this establishment needs to do better and have supplies in his store. How do you run a $6 Duncan promotion and do not have hash browns. The store could not make any avocado toast because there is none to make they had no variety in bagels and I can go on and on because everything I ask for they did not have and they have to substitute for me. But the staff was wonderful they tried to please me cuz I just informed them I got off a cruise ship I’m hungry and I have 4 hour drive ahead of me and they try to do the best they can to take care of my needs. So sorry for the owner that owns this place and kudos for his employees they all need a raise

I’ve visited several times this Dunkin Donuts location since it opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From rude unprofessional staff, different closing hours and the quality of the coffee it’s the worst I’ve tried. I’m not even mad, I’m just disappointed. Who ever invested in this business without investing in a good hiring and training made some real mistakes. Won’t recommend to anyone.

I’m disappointed that I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous review. The coffees had no caramel even though I asked for two medium caramel iced coffees with c&s. ALSO I ordered a croissant with ham and cheese and they didn’t give me a croissant they gave me some sandwich looking bread. I couldn’t check everything because I was already rushing to work. This place JUST opened for the service to be THIS BAD. Mind you there were 10 heads working at 6 in the morning and apparently NOBODY knew what they were doing.

Spent $35 ordering online just to show up and be told they don’t have the milk, flavoring, cheese, bacon, donuts, anything I ordered. Told me to just ask for my money back on the app which is terrible and prompted me to wait 2 days to hear back from an agent when it never asked for an email for the order. They’re scamming me out of my money and couldn’t be bothered to be ready to serve anything.
