There is not an option to give zero stars or I would. My wife and I drive for door dash not to mention we visit personally as well multiple dunkins throughout the week. This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Service is definitely sub par. On a recent visit for door dash I waited in line for my order for 35 minutes. I overheard the manager state to take care of windows and in store orders first…and ignore mobile orders. This messes with my money as prompt pickup and delivery is essential to my ratings which directly effects my offers to pick up. Now at this same visit my wife ordered a drive through order for 2 coffees it took her 20 minutes to get her order at the windows. Not to mention that it specifically states almond milk as she is lactose intolerant. They obviously ignored that and used regular milk because it wasn’t long before she had to use the bathroom. We figured they could have had an off day so we tried a personal order again today with similar results not to mention they neglected to put cold foam on her coffee which costs extra money. She had to send it back in to add cold foam…still took 20 minutes to get through the line. Not to mention we ordered hashbrowns no ketchup and cold…if I can help it I will never go back again personally….but may have to go for Door Dash.

This is by far the worse dunkin. They need someone else ro step in and run it. Employees are so rude and at least 3 times a week my coffee is messed up or your waiting 15 mins in the drive thru. You cant go inside doors are always locked. Corporate needs to come down and look into what is going on here! They obviously give any one a store. This girl running it does not have a clue on what is going on!!! This place keeps getting even better can’t handle being open then close. Where is management for this place or is there even any at this point. The sign they have up today is just insane

Terrible service today, December 29, 2025. Around 5:20 a.m., I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and when I started eating it, it smelled like burnt smoke, and the sandwich didn’t even have the bacon. Who would be happy eating something that doesn’t have all the ingredients it’s supposed to have and that you paid for?!

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to in NJ. Arrived at 5pm on 6/14, a Saturday, and there was no one in there but my party of 4. Even though there were 2 guys in there, both saw us and ignored us the entire time we were there. There were no napkins. There were no munchkins – they only had 3 donut options…
We ordered some ice drinks from the self serve kiosk and politely sat to wait. After about 10 minutes I looked back to the counter and saw our drinks were sitting there- no heads up or order number called advising us that drinks were ready. Literally 0 customer service. Just quit if you’re miserable bro.

Wow! Is all I can say. This, is paying for a latte. We all know how pricey things are these days and when you want to splurge and get yourself a latte, you don’t want to pay full price only to get less than half a drink! Avoid this dunkin!! Dunkin’s quality seems to be struggling around here lately. Such ashame.

Only one staff member was actually working
The lady who took my order messed up 3 times and when I finally got it is was still wrong.then she tried to tell me thay did not have any more. That is when the only worker who knew what was going on had to tell her 3 time before she got it so 25 min later I was able to get 2 sandwich and 2 coffees

Don’t go to this Dunkin and I wasn’t even surprised after I just read the reviews. It wasn’t even closing time & the drive-through was still open. Sat there for over 5 minutes, no response pulled up in a parking spot , door was locked. Went through drive thru again after seeing a sign stating the drive thru is open still no response & u can see the workers in the window when you pull around just ignoring you…

This location just keep getting worse. For one, the place is filthy. This isn’t a one time thing, it’s very dirty every time I’ve gone. The other issue, they ALWAYS manage to mess up a simple order. I ordered three donuts and a butter pecan frozen coffee. All 3 donuts were not what I asked for and then I’m not sure what they put in the coffee but it was so bad I couldn’t even drink it. The donuts also werent even close to what I asked for. If they didnt have them they should have told me and I could have selected something else. Most of the time their nasty coffee is at least drinkable…not today. Less important issue is that they never add what I ask for and paid extra for with my drinks.
After today I will not be going back. Q
