So apparently the “2 Giant burgers 8.99” is a common miss order as you can have it ordered 3 different ways? Never had this problem at the 103rd location or Normandy? And you need to be real specific when ordering as directed by the manager after being told she would “void my comment” ? once she realized I was taking a picture the older blonde lady slammed the window shut and then eventually did proceed to give me my refund for the overcharged burgers, foods good but I felt someone in a position of power especially would lead by example when given the opportunity when a younger employee asks for direction with an order misprint. She was almost so reluctant to not give the refund back you would have thought it was going in her pocket directly, maybe the owner. Idk either way I’m disappointed with this interaction. If I go back it’s a last resort.

A hidden gem for breakfast and lunch! The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The food is delicious—the grits were cooked perfectly (something many places don’t get right). I’ll definitely be coming back and supporting this spot more often!

So I go to other Sheiks throughout the city and usually it’s a valuable/delicious experience. But they must all be different owners. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. We spent $55 with 2 adults and 2 kids. When we were filing up our drinks there was something leaking from the celling, went in my wife’s cup and dripped on the kids. The food came out cold and the portions were frankly insulting considering they charge for every little thing (condiments). Also the food was good like normally at other locations. Then when we went to leave we asked for a cup to get a water and they tried to give me a small clear cup and said the cups that come with lids cost money. I asked for the one with a lid because it was for a child and explained how much money I just spent and the still team member refused.

Came around lunchtime no customers. Service was great and food came quickly. Ordered the steak in a sack. They said it was popular. The meat certainly needed more seasoning and I would recommend they chop it up a little bit more because the chunks were a little too big and at times chewy. It did not taste like it was cooked on the grill. It tasted like perhaps they boiled it first and then cooked it to the coloring of the meat it was a pale, gray color. They use banana peppers and provolone cheese and mayonnaise. I would advise him to chop up and mix to cheese and the meat because all the meat was down in the bottom and the cheese was stuck on one side and it was a not a evenly eaten sandwich. I asked if they had hot sauce. They pointed over to the counter where they had a bottle of some standard hot sauce that I certainly know would not taste good on a pita sandwich. I’ve had a lot of pita sandwiches gyros, Greek and Middle East food, and I’m not sure what they’re trying to be here, but it certainly wasn’t authentic by any stretch of the imagination. The food was decent. However, I don’t plan to come here again because it just didn’t taste like something I could imagine eating again.

Went for a sub sandwich, the lettuce wasn’t fresh, 2 really thin slices of tomato that was undetectable, turkey slices were tasteless & thin. I had to get a packet of mayo just to eat it & I threw most of it away. Also, the bun was too big for the fillings provided & I had to tear most of it off. The good points are people were nice & it seemed clean. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. Publix makes a better sub and for less money, this place is way overpriced.

Really excited this location is on my way to work and close to it. Went this morning and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was very good. Service was quick and the lady at the drive through was very nice. FYI they don’t have any breakfast bagel sandwiches like the one on Wells Road does.

we stopped for the sheik for dinner. It was a fairly OK visit. I had a camel rider which I’ve enjoyed them pretty much all of my life, but I have seen the decline of the proper building of a successful camel rider. It should start out with the meat, then lettuce, tomato peppers, and if it does not have the Greek peppers in my personal opinion, it is not a proper built camel rider so I did have to tear my camel rider down and rebuild it properly. Never put the lettuce in last always lettuce, onion, and tomatoes on the top with the peppers on the top. Check out northeast Florida. Eat some treats on Facebook to see my post my all-time favorite camel rider place long time has been all American hot dog.

Tried it 3 times before this review. Steak pita is always flavorless and fries are never cooked all the way.

The Cashier is rude. They did a really bad job preparing the food. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
