We came as a family of four adults and one 6-month-old baby. We expected a relaxing dinner, but instead we ended up feeling stressed, rushed, and honestly — disrespected.
❌ What went wrong:
• The entrance is filled with CASH ONLY signs and a “store policy” written in text so tiny it’s nearly impossible to read.
• It’s AYCE, but there’s a time limit that they never mentioned until halfway through the meal.
• We were repeatedly rushed by staff even though there were NO people waiting for a table.
• The second round of meat was much poorer quality and came in larger portions — it felt like they intentionally wanted us to leave food so they could charge extra.
• They tried to charge $25 for leftovers, and still wouldn’t allow us to take it to-go.
• The most outrageous part? They attempted to charge a service fee for our 6-month-old baby, who was held the entire time and received zero service.
⚠️ Final Thoughts
This wasn’t just disappointing — it was frustrating and unfair.
We will never return, and we strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
“Customers deserve transparency and respect – unfortunately, we experienced neither here.”
So one of us left some amount for tip and he came back and said it’s too little. It was on us; our friend was international so we upped the tip and gave it back to him. He comes back and rudely says “we don’t want your tip, don’t come back”. We were confused and asked why. We showed him the increased amount which is now 15%, and he didn’t apologize and trailed off about some calculation that it’s less than some percent. I realized he was looking at the tip % based on post tax, which is wrong. And they are a cash only place too.
It’s not even like they’re offering a cash discount or anything, they charge the full tax, and then he has the audacity to try to charge more on tip.
You can really sense the hate and greed coming from the guy. If you go there and he’s working, just turn around and go to any of the many delicious restaurants nearby. I will not give that guy another penny.
The food delicious and the atmosphere is okay at least. But if you’re willing to travel further there’s other Thai hotpots that aren’t going to treat you rudely.
Seating and mobility around the Restaurant was terrible
The fish, square fish balls and marinated pork were great! The garlic fried rice was also great.
The service was below average
This place is cash only
The chicken was super bland
For $35 (not including tax and tip) , it’s an okay deal.
Went with a group of 11 people
Total was $49 per person
I feel sorry for the business, to hire this suffer and sad person to serve customers. If you don’t want to work at that day, you should take a day off and fix it out what you want to do, instead of destroying your workplace.
I still gave 20% tip for the guy but still not happy with the woman. As long as you speak the same language, don’t you want to get a good pay? the advantage of working at the Thai place didn’t give you enough happiness? LOL! Poor you!
Anyway, CASH only!!!
