I was present at Chowking Amar cor Azusa during the incident involving a customer who became upset because his name was entered incorrectly. I want to commend the entire team for how professionally and calmly the situation was handled.
The staff remained respectful, composed, and attentive despite the tension. It’s not easy to manage difficult situations, but they demonstrated patience and excellent customer service throughout.

The resto was jammed when we arrived, but we were able to have our orders on time. My daughter enjoyed her honey walnut shrimp. Yummy, hot beef wanton soup for me. A sumptuous meal every time, not to mention the staff are always courteous even how busy.

Gladys, Keehn, and Leo provided excellent service even when we showed up close to closing time and they were already cleaning up. Gladys still served us with a smile and Leo was very accommodating when we asked for extra napkins. Keen was busy mopping up the floors and took care of our trash for us. Great team working the closing shift.
