I went to this place today to get a drink and ordered a strawberry frappuccino. It’s my first time having a drink worse than saliva. The ice wasn’t blended properly, the flavor was weak, and the restroom was extremely dirty. Don’t go here if you don’t want to regret it like I did.

Really, depending on the time of day, day of the week, phase of the moon and the weather you’ll get a different experience each time. First, the positive: It’s a convenient location near Eastlake High. And now the negative: it’s a convenient location near Eastlake High. As a result you’ll often find yourself in long queues inside, at the drive-through, or waiting for a parking space.
For added chaos, come when they have one of their BOGO deals on a school day. Place is bedlam and some baristas are prone to show colors other than their green aprons. To wit, when politely asked for stickers to seal drinks to go, the server said “We really don’t have any.” I guess that’s Toobusyanese for “Don’t bother me!” Then more recently, when I made the same request the gentleman (yea, It’s just the guys; the gals are more hospitable) barked “Yea, but it’s going to take a long time” (his words). Actually it took him only 5 seconds, but that he didn’t do until he spent several minutes helping other patrons first. Grrrr.
Note to self: if they are that reluctant to provide stickers for takeout drinks (no problem at other Starbucks btw), you can make do with a bundle of coffee stirrers, cup holders, and business cards to hold them in place (see pic). Uncouth? Sure, but as they say, desperate times…desperate measures—

I want to thank the staff at this store! I just wanted a fresh pour over of a fine Ethiopian reserve coffee and the manager did not hesitate to open and bag and make the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! Thank you!!!

This is a great place to get a quick drink! In busiest times of the day it can take about 25mins to get ur drink because of the long lines. However everything else is great and the staff is also very friendly! One thing I would say is the cleanliness of tables. They are often wet and dirty but otherwise this an above average Starbucks!

All 3 stars are for the excellent staff at this location, they’re all great! The missing stars are for Starbucks corporation making ridiculous systems like order scheduling, which in high traffic areas is failing fabulously. It makes it unrealistic for the staff and degrades the atmosphere. I recommend skipping Starbucks

Came with my family and ordered our usual drinks that we have ordered across the country in our many travels. The barista who took our order was great and very friendly! The barista who made our drinks messed up three of the four drinks and had to remake them. I get the occasional slip up but having to say three different times this isn’t what we ordered should not happen.

Absolutely horrible. I mobile order every time I come and it’s never ready on time. They tell me it’s my fault and that I need to pull around again and wait in another line. Terrible customer service and my drink is almost always wrong.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The barista named Jessy is the nicest person I’ve ever met! Everyone is so warm and welcoming . If my drink is ever messed up, they are very happy to apologize and remake it. Despite it being busy because of the Highschool, the workers are always very nice and understanding. Love this place so much!
