I’ve been a loyal customer of Meryem’s Four Seasons Pizza for years, but this has become an ongoing frustration.
Every time I order boneless wings, I end up getting bone-in instead. It’s happened multiple times, so it’s clearly not just a one-time mistake. I understand food waste, so we’ve still taken the order each time, but this points to a real disconnect between the website, the kitchen, and management.
Also, what happened to the celery and carrots that used to come with wing orders? That small touch made the meal better and showed attention to detail — now it feels like that care is gone.
The food itself can be good, but the consistency and customer service have really slipped. I’ve supported this place for years, but after tonight, my patience has run out. I really hope management listens and makes some improvements because this used to be one of my favorite spots

Absolutely love this place. I normally do pickup or delivery and I never been displeased. When they say your order will be done by a certain time they mean it. The staff is great the delivery drivers are very polite and respectful.

Honestly I’m not even this type of person to leave a review but just look at this. Where’s the pepperoni? Barely any. Pizza crust is giving a half baked feeling, super doughy. And I ordered a medium but it’s basically the size of a personal pie. Don’t worry! Won’t be back again! You have to be serious about the customers you serve! This shows that you are not!

I don’t know who taught them how to make an Italian Hoagie but they should find a new recipe. I have never before had an Italian with smoked baked ham, cooked salami and tiny rounds of pepperoni. The provolone was very mild and the smoky flavor of the ham overpowered everything. The roll was very soggy, I’m guessing from the watery chopped tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
This was our 2nd pizza from Four Seasons. We tried the square pie last time, it was doughy but the flavor was good. I ordered the round thinking it would be thinner but it was still doughy, again the flavor was good and I can crisp it up but the point was not to cook.

I ordered a fish filet sandwich bc that is how it is described on their menu. Needless to say, I was disappointed and annoyed to pay $10 for Gordon’s fish fillet and a handful of fries. But I do believe Gordon’s fish is thicker. I am at work, had no breakfast, and had a taste for fish. I called to discuss my dissatisfaction and was only offered a 15% discount on the next order w/no apology. I don’t think so…I will say their pizza is really good. That should be their focus. Now the fish sandwich I am used to is from Candied Yams in Salisbury, MD. They actually use a fillet as advertised. (pictured below)

The staff is always friendly and the orders are usually made very fast. Their fries are really good. Sometimes the orders aren’t exactly correct though.

The food was excellent. I am from New York and we didn’t realize that the place was closing 5 minutes before we called, but they still took our order and waited 20 minutes after closing. Top quality!
