Ordered food for me and friends chicken and fish. The fish wasn’t crispy and did kind of seem old. The chicken was just ok and a lot of lemon pepper on it but maybe the grease was old. I was disappointed because I was hoping we had a decent chicken spot out this way. Maybe try again, maybe not. Make your own decision.

The cashier was very nice and super friendly. The food wasn’t as greasy as other Shark’s I’ve been too. Thank goodness. Prices are fair. The only thing was the fries for sure needed to be cooked longer. But that’s an easy fix and I’ll remember to ask for them to be cooked longer next time. I wish I got the guys name, but thank you for the awesome service from the guy working at night 1/12/26.

Ordered food from this shark’s location over the phone the person I spoke to was rude. When I received my food it was overcooked and bland at best. Tried to order food again and give this location another shot but they did not answer the phone. I have tried calling and placing an order multiple times with no luck of any one answering. I even drove up to the location to verify they were open and they were. I will never get food from this sharks again! I would unrecommend them to anyone. I was very disappointed.

The fish was overcooked and appeared to be old. The kitchen was unclean, and the food handlers’ attire was visibly dirty. The quality was unacceptable. When the staff attempted to argue, I declined the meal and told them to keep the money. Places like this don’t survive in Crete ask the many other restaurants that came before them including Harold’s chicken.
I caught the entire interaction on my Metas. We’re not accepting trash and poor service in Crete!
