In the depths of the Michigan winter … The menu offers custard, Italian Ice and mixes of the two in either layers or blended. The range of flavors is interesting. The custard is very rich and complimented nicely with the Italian Ice. They even offer pints of custard in several flavors to take home.

The app says lemonade all summer long and this one did not have it ! They told me they change flavors daily only mango stays ! Three employees and it took awhile to do one ice blender and I was the only customer at 3 pm on Thursday ! Holland so much better !

Their Gelatis are always fantastic, but this was the vanilla concrete (I didn’t eat any of it before I took the photo) but it felt short and not worth it:(
The closing shift tonight, aside from the person taking orders, was also extremely rude and arrogant. I get it’s late and everyone wants to go home but don’t take it out on customers.
HOWEVER, they did take our concrete back and topped it off with more ice cream!

Usually a good experience with the morning staff with no issues with the free Italian ice coupon I don’t live close so I haven’t used all the weeks for the free Italian Ice, so the lady in there with the blue shirt to half answer the question if she was a manager, but said she kinda is? So I’m not sure if she really is? Said I can’t use the coupon on the wrong week but never was specified on the coupons but was frantic there was a rush so maybe that was the problem tonight, hope she has a better shift next time around because it’s not that serious, if ur manager say ur manager and just answer if I’m allowed to do something I was specified on of the day of your guys opening event. Workers were getting confused because she was confused herself. It’s the last hour open, and it’s barely 10 people.

As someone born in Florida, I was so happy to see Rita’s open here in West Michigan! Great customer service and delicious Italian ice. I do wish the location was a bit bigger to allow for more flavors and some inside seating, especially when it is cold or raining/snowing.

It’s good really good been here 2 times before. however On Friday the 27 8:00 pm. a boy who was at the register half listening sitting. as we ordered our three mango island ices with vanilla. Messes up the order bc he dose not right it down nore let us even finish. where as half way through he starts telling the two girls what to make then gets upset when we try telling him no all three are mango island not just 2. I get it I work at Starbucks 5am to 5pm but if u get an order wrong just simply ask for someone to repeat it much more let them finish first. Before giving back talk to someone who is trying to correct the order.
