My husband and I stopped for the 1st time today. Been anxiously waiting to go. We lived in MN for 20 yrs and have been in GA just over 25 yrs. We used to live within walking distance from a fantastic Caribou and were very sad to discover there were only 2 in the ATL area, both quite a distance away. So we were thrilled to find 2 near the area we used to live in. We ordered about $80 worth of coffees, drinks and ground coffee. 1 drink was a Children’s Hot Chocolate. We took drinks for family about 30-40 min away. When we arrived, everything was great, except…no Hot Chocolate, just toppings. I would love to give more stars.

We went 1st day at 6 am, it was a good line about 10-15 people. Service was good, staff was super friendly. Clean & small location with good speed for their orders. I tried chicken chorizo burrito & turtle mocha. Both were good. We were in first 100 customers so we scored caribou mugs.

Been coming here every day instead of Starbucks. The coffee & lattes are actually better! And the customer service has been refreshing. However today I ordered the waffle sandwich and the sausage was undercooked. I sent it back & it still wasn’t done. I picked it off & wont eat it. I don’t typically that anyway. Was just trying something new.

My gf and I love Caribou Coffee and were so excited about this location opening! Everyone who works here is SO nice! I can’t ever remember my order unless I’m looking at the menu but it’s some delicious iced oat milk thing and we’ve had the coffee cake and the chocolate croissant. I feel like you can’t really f those up tho. We’ve only gone through the drive thru because it’s either been raining or too cold to sit on the patio but as soon as Spring/Summer hits….mmmhmm I literally can’t wait!

We stopped by this afternoon to enjoy a delicious drink. Try the hot vanilla matcha latte. It was amazing! My husband ordered a decaf tea and was impressed with his drink too. Service was kind, friendly, and fast. We are so happy this location has opened!

I was so happy they opened this new location!! It’s really convenient. The service is also great. I went through the drive thru for a quick coffee and breakfast (how great it is they’re right by QT for gas too?) and the girls working were really nice. Started off my morning so great with their kindness (and coffee!)

The drinks are really tasty and full of flavor (and sugar). The Ham, Swiss, and egg croissant is a nice choice for breakfast. I have not tried other food items. I have tried the cinnamon sugar latte and the hot campfire mocha. Both were outstanding choices. The mobile app needs an update – when you place a mobile order for pickup through the app it never updates to show that your order is ready for pickup. My first order I sat in the car waiting about 20 minutes for my order to update as ready for pickup and it didn’t happen. I went inside and my order was not on the counter like it was supposed to be. They had it behind the counter out of view.

I’ve loved every Caribou coffee I’ve been to, but after going here twice I’ve been pretty unhappy. Both times my coffees were mostly milk, which is extra unfortunate because I asked for almond milk and it wasn’t either time. Got sick both times.

The place is beautiful, but it is too noisy. You cannot sit outside in the rain…all of the tables and chairs were wet. Also, we purchased coffee and did not get the 50 points that the E-Mail that I received said we would get if we purchased on Jan 10th or 11th. We made our purchase on the 10th.
