First time being there will not go back.i place order to go I was rushed to order I got Angus burger in chili they put a frozen patty on a grill and was too salty not fresh taste. They put cold chili in the bowl and my boys swiss burgers and seasoned fries they pulled those burgers out of a pan of water and I put them on a grill to heat them up they dry and taste horrible

I don’t normally leave harsh reviews, but what I witnessed at Vinny’s Bar and Grill was unacceptable. The moment I walked in, I noticed the kitchen did not feel clean for a food establishment—sticky floor, etc. But the worst part was that, while waiting for my food, I saw bugs crawling around the kitchen area. Yes, actual bugs—while a staff member was actively cooking. The staff was alerted, and I immediately left. I’m just so disappointed because I really loved their breakfast and their chicken wings. I just think the owner should invest some money in cleaning up the kitchen area before I return.

Another fun tucked away Gem City eatery. Staff team here is amazingly friendly. The menu is easy to read, understand, and choose a great selection from. The food is served at just the right temperature’s with healthy portioning and appealing presentation. Price’s are very reasonable for the quality and quantity.

This place is a joke. Never eaten here or been here. Drive by the place all the time for work. So my wife and I decided to go have dinner here. They change the special sign daily. They have signs outside saying the dining room is open. We were really expecting something good since they took so much pride in advertising daily specials. We walk in about 6pm. no one behind the bar. No servers …nothing. Then a girl none to friendly tells us the kitchen’s closed. Were like…Huh…then why is there a sign outside that says the dining room is open??? Needless to say we have seen all we need to see. We wont worry about going back

I’m very disappointed and disgusted. I ordered a sandwich this morning and a ROACH came out of it. YES — a roach.
When I say I will NEVER be back, I mean that. There was an apology, but honestly, this situation deserves a lot more attention. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned up.
To make matters worse, the owner was disrespectful to the order taker right in front of us — rushing everyone because he had to catch a flight. Completely unprofessional.
Vinny’s, y’all need to get it together — FAST.

I came in today because I wanted to treat myself and I’ve passed Vinnys a few times but never tried it. I got the chicken Chunks and seasoned fries. they did their famous sauce which is multiple sauces mixed together like a mild and garlic type sauce it was delicious! I brought my pekingese alphie inside as he’s a puppy and I was not comfortable leaving him in the car. They adored him and gave him lots of love. I need him socialized as I live alone and that helps. Will definitely have to come back and try other items on the menu and bring alphie along of course!
