The manager is very friendly and remembers his regular visitors like myself. He always has good conversation and amazing customer service. I literally only go to the Pizza Hut on Hwy 303 in Bremerton because I love the experience.

We ordered 60 dollars worth of pizza, and aside from the stuffed crust it was basically inedible. Fortunately the stuffed crust was good, the rest went in the garbage. We called and complained, they gave us some credit, but it’s still worth mentioning to the rest of you reading this that there are far better options out there, and if you’re hungry, you might consider one of their competitors so you don’t end up going hungry. The whole pizza was soggy and doughy, very undercooked. You couldn’t get a slice out without it tearing apart, and you needed a fork because it just folded itself in half. The toppings just didn’t taste right, one was a supreme pizza, but the taste was just bad. I don’t really know how to describe it, we all know what pizza should taste like but this just wasn’t in the ballpark. I’ll post a few pictures so you can see it for yourself

I just don’t understand why the pizza is so thin when I order stuffed crust. Are they rationing dough? This isn’t the only branch that my pizza has came out like this. But come on guys I have cardboard thicker than this.

This location seriously has their act together. Not just the best Pizza Hut location I’ve ordered from, easily the best location of any take out food I’ve ever used frequently. Seriously, corporate needs to recognize Marcus and his entire crew there for consistently doing an amazing job day in and day out. This includes the GM that I had the pleasure to speak with on one occasion. Every time I order from this location our pizzas and other products are made like they are making them for their own dinner. Always on time, always accurate, always delicious, and always delivered to our car with their curbside service by a very professional, courteous, employee. This includes the young lady (reddish hair I think) that’s been recently handling curbside for our orders. She should be recognized for always providing friendly service. Great job Hwy 303 Pizza Hut!!!

The pizza was made well, in a timely manner. It was ready when the app said it would be and tasted great! The employee met me with a smile when I entered, was
super nice and helpful. The establishment, including the restrooms, looked to be recently well cleaned. My only concern was that I only saw 1 person working at the time (not sure if i just didnt see others). He was busting his tail taking orders, cooking orders and checking out at the register. Very hard working, friendly, and respectful young man. Over all a 10 out of 10 experience. Will go back and will recommend.
