We frequent this Hurshey’s quite often. There’s a reason we opt to eat here instead of a fast food joint when we are too tired to cook. The food is always good and the portions are definitely satisfying. The staff are pretty personable and helpful also. The perfect food when you want something good without too long of a wait.

We came in at 7:30 to get food and the lady at the front register Laura was very rude.. I guess mad bc thy closed in 30mins and we wanted to sit down and eat real quick and then we asked about the strawberry cobbler and was told we are out of strawberry’s.. then she brought our drink to us and sat it down and said thank you and she stormed off.. then when she brought our food out and we said thank you again to her and she said YEAH!! Needless to say I want be back to this location.. The cashier/ server is very rude and acting like tht will cause u to loose business I understand u closing in 30 mins but it wasn’t gonna take that long to eat and leave.

Ordered a salad with chicken today. This was my second time ordering as I enjoyed one a few months ago. Unfortunately I did not get that same delicious salad. Instead I received a salad with chopped, cold fried chicken on top. There was also a piece of bone and lots of skin and fat. I didn’t have time to return and tried to eat it anyway only to find a hair in it. Very very disappointing.

I’m really like the bbq ,fish and chicken hush puppies fries just keep the fries freshly hot lol ,glad they’re open again for bussiness I like the peach cobbler too ! ooh yeah please b,bring back the lemonade ,!! I really enjoy the food , staff is I hope to see y’all bagain soon

I am giving them 2 stars due to the poor customer service in the drive thru today.
We ordered our food and drove to the window where we were greeted by a rude elderly woman who not only spoke down to us but she also lectured us on how to order our food and drinks. I spoke to the manager and was told that nothing would be done about this person’s rudeness to the customers. Yes, it has happened so much that they literally talk about the losing of customers every morning because of this person. It is really sad when a place puts up with this type of employee over the keeping of customers.
Its too bad because a person like this one can cause a place to go out of business.

The onion rings were great and so were the hushpuppies. But, the coleslaw was watery. Also the ribs were fall off the bone but very dry. This might be why they were drenched in sauce. They were the worst pork ribs I have ever eaten. I think it’s because the have been reheated too many times. At a price of $11.99 for half a rack I expected quality. The other items on the menu might be good but I don’t plan to ever return.

Excellent visit! Dinning area was spotless and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Manager and staff could not have been nicer. Extremely rare for me to give 5 stars but this one was easy. Nice job!
