Yesterday was my first time here. We came at 10:56 a.m. I wasn’t feeling my best because I’m under the weather, so I ordered a Medicine Ball. The person in the drive-thru greeted my daughter and me with a smile. He was very polite, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back. Thank you for your generosity and excellent customer service.

You know what? I shouldn’t be considered a high-maintenance customer or a Karen because I told the employee at the counter that the bathroom needed cleaning. The eye-ball roll was unnecessary. Poop on the outside of the toilet, tissue all over the floor, grime on the mirrors and dirt everywhere, is not a good look, Starbucks!
And, the employee at the counter who wasn’t trained to do her job very well, shouldn’t judge the person who pays for her paycheck. Seems like many of your reviews have a recurring theme. Bad Service! Perhaps Corporate needs to pay higher wages and staff new employees and new Management who actually care? Your brand has been suffering more and more each year. I guess bankruptcy is appealing to you. Do better!

Never go to this Starbucks unless you have like 30 minutes to waste. Even when there is virtually nobody there, you will wait 20 minutes minimum for mobile orders. This has happened to us several times at this location.

Paid 8 bucks for a medium hot white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. Lady handed it to me through the drive through window and I thought the cup felt a little light. Scooped out the foam on top and was left with about a half a cup of coffee. Pretty wild. Not worth 8 Bucks

I don’t know what is going on at this location, but I won’t be back anytime soon.. I ordered a Blackberry Sage Lemonade with NO lemonade and LIGHT ice. I got a beverage with lemonade NO Blackberry Fruit Inclusions and packed with ice. This is the third time.

This location is very inconsistent with timing. There have been multiple times it has taken almost a half hour to get a mobile order. I understand they’re in a busy shopping area and cater to a large college population, but it’s very frustrating when the app estimates 4-7 minutes and it actually takes 28 minutes. The location on central entrance never has this problem and is also very busy, so I don’t know what the issue is but it makes me very wary to order from here if I ever have anywhere else to be at a certain time.

First of all…2 things I asked for, they were out of(10 am on a Thurs). Ordered other choices. Given the wrong drink at the window. Went inside the store to retrieve correct drink…ended up being made with 4 shots of flavor, instead of 2, as I had ordered…but didn’t know til after I’d already left. Didn’t go back. Also my cup was lighter than normal, so didn’t even get a full cup/moneys worth. Other issue is my cup bending in near the top, so that the cover pops off…risking getting burned by my hot beverage. Man! One more bad experience with Starbucks and I’m done. Not getting even close to the quality a person expects for that amount of money. Really disappointing

Worst Starbucks location one could ever go to, not that it’s a very high bar. Employees don’t care about your order and show no sense of urgency even when it was 15 minutes late. As someone who has worked in food service, I understand the feeling of feeling frazzled during a rush. That doesn’t excuse having to ask for your coffee that was 15 minutes late 3 times and watch 5 other people get their coffee before you while getting attitude from the employees.
