The wife and I stopped in for a “quick” bite to eat. We waited for about 35 minutes. First we get to counter. And waited for 10 minutes just to get our order taken. As we proceed to see a Manager in the back gripping she was already supposed to have left, come up to the front counter EATING like there wasn’t a line of customers. Didn’t care to help out before she clocked out. Name was Kristy. But the food was good. Horrible service on the management team though.

Came in with my service dog who is actually a registered service dog for respiratory issues and a lady asked me to leave and I told her calmly and nicely that she is a service dog and what she is trained to do then she proceeded to literally scream at me and my father (I’m and underage) so she has no right to scream at me at 17 year old telling me that my dog is not a service dog.

I eat at Hodgenville Burger King at least once a week, normally more often. The staff are so friendly. The food is hot and fresh. It’s a great place to eat after church.

Inside service was fast and polite. Only one other table was occupied but all tables still had signs of being used, not filthy but not clean. Drive thru lane was busy but plenty of seats inside. No one is cleaning tables and trash can overflowing.

Went in today to get my remake after they didn’t get my order right last week… Still didn’t get it right…literally cheese bacon mayo lettuce and still missing the cheese n bacon…guess I’ll stop going there again since this new staff in there today can’t get things right… I should of know after it took 3 of them to take my order…smh…GM please help your staff learn to read a screen

Went in today one couple inside eating and one car in Drive-Thru. I was ignored for a long while, the make manager saw me did not acknowledge me there at all and continued playing around so I walked out. how is this place still open???? They literally can only do one order in completion before they even start another one and that’s if you can even find them to work let alone them getting your order right.
I gave them a second chance and that’s as far as I will go I don’t know if this place is a tax write-off for the owner but he definitely needs to do better

Got breakfast here this morning and was in a hurry, took forever to get theough the line and when i did the food was cold before i even left the parking lot not to mention it was wrong, too busy today to bother with calling about it, third time this has happened now and i will never go back to find out if there will be a fourth.

The only reason I came was to get a drink. They confirmed my order at the mic then told me at the window they couldn’t get my drink because they no longer carried it. I asked to cancel my order and was told IT COULDN’T BE CANCELLED and I had to choose a drink I didn’t want.
So basically I lost my money and I had to call friends to offer them a drink for free because BQ refused to cancel the order and refund my money.
And I told them at the window that I had ordered the ONLY drink I wanted from them.
