If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have frequented this store in person a lot great experiences each time. I placed an order at 241 pm a little large order, pizza, sub, mozzarella sticks, stromboli, I was promised a 45 minute delivery time that was a 241 pm it is now 420 pm and after several calls last call at 403 and was told an additional 20 more minutes food is still not here I am 1.6 miles from the store. After calling again the male was so nonchalant about the time and after advising the food would be piping hot upon arrival his words not mine. The food has still not arrived. I will not order from then again. 57.00 lost and down the drain. I am extremely pissed as I have never had bad interactions or service with them before been going to them for years nothing ever bad, this is my first delivery order and for them to be 1.6 miles away….it is now 436 pm no phone calls or food has arrived. I am done calling them. I have taken other steps. Please if you are ordering from them just go pick your food up.

My food was really goood, The pizza was fresh & hot. Cheese fries was just enough cheese on it. Fries wasn’t over cooked. They wasn’t to mushy or crunchy. You do have to season your own fries if you don’t ask for S/P on it..Which I don’t mind that at all.. Cheesesteak was made just how I asked with everything on it & it was meaty too.. ! Besides them only giving me 2 flats out of 10 wings they was favorable & fried crispy. Lastly, Delivery was super fast given I had a big order. It came less then 20 mins. I actually just place another order prior to writing this review (the ultimate seafood platter). I wanted to check out some more of their food. Overall, I give them 4.5stars & a . So as long as their food & service remains good. I’ll continue ordering from them.

I’ve ordered from here 2 or 3 times now. There food is good. Last night I ordered the fried flounder platter, which was tasty, not loaded with seasoning. My portions were sufficient. Their French fries are really good. I also ordered their lemon cake which was scrumptious. Their pricing is in line with other restaurants I’ve ordered the same platter from. If you have not ordered from here get, I do recommend them. I used Slice to place my order and it came earlier than expected.

This place does not deserve a good rating. I placed an order for two 8-inch fish subs, two orders of fries, and two sodas. The total came to $25.84, plus a cash tip I gave to the staff.
The issue lies with the quality and quantity of the subs:
Fish: Both 8-inch subs contained only one square piece of fish, cut in half.
Toppings: I specifically requested extra onions and extra mayonnaise on both subs. They came with very little onion, minimal hot sauce, and very little mayo.
I called Lucky’s to verify their portion sizing. I asked, “How many square pieces of fish go on an 8-inch sub?” The person who answered stated, “One square fish on an 8-inch, and two on a 12-inch.”
This portion size is completely unacceptable for an 8-inch sub. For comparison, most places (like McDonald’s) give you one square fish on a much smaller, round hamburger roll. To only receive one piece of fish on an 8-inch sub roll is cheating the customer out of the food they paid for.
This place has gone downhill significantly over the years. Customers should be aware that you will not get what you paid for here. I should have just gone to McDonald’s if I wanted a single piece of fish on a small bun.

Ordered hot wings and regular wings. Both where very bland and flavorless. Hot wings were not cooked crispy at all. They had a soft almost soggy texture and the sauce tasted like watered down hot sauce. The regular wings where cooked good they just lacked seasoning and flavor. I’m assuming the pizza is really good because everyone that walked out had a pizza.

Lately they been not giving you want you ask for when you order. Honey Old Bay Wings is drenched in old bay seasoning this is the 4th time I placed the exact same order and it came completely soaked with old bay. They need either a new person to take orders because I ALWAYS SAY LITTLE OLD BAY. It’s disgusting spending $30 $40 everytime I place a order and one specific detail LITTLE OLD BAY CAN’T EVEN BE AN OPTION!!

Don’t buy the fish Whitting please people. Check your food before the diver pulls off, so you won’t be shocked later. I ordered 2 pieces of fish. One looked like a crispy nugget the other one looked like a fried banana all curled up. I usually get pizza. I never exspected this
