Dégustez la cuisine du chef Francis Mallman au restaurant argentin du Château La Coste, au Puy-Sainte-Réparade à seulement 20 minutes d’Aix-en-Provence.Sous la houlette du Chef argentin, attaché à respecter chaque produit et à le sublimer par une cuisson extrêmement précise, le restaurant offre une cuisine de caractère, ambassadrice de l’esprit de Château La Coste, naturel, enflammé et intemporel. La puissance de l’Argentine se retrouve au travers de quelques spécialités : empanadas de bœuf préparés au feu de bois, Carbonada argentin aux légumes de saison. De même les desserts explorent une palette d’arômes, qu’il s’agisse d’un flan régressif de Dulce de Leche, d’une banane aux cendres ou d’un ananas fumé pendant plus de 10 heures.

Possibly the best summer salad we’ve ever had. The service was outstanding, and the open-air kitchen added such a cool atmosphere. We came back in the evening for drinks, and the bartender, Victor, remembered us from earlier and created fresh, delicious cocktails. A true 10/10 experience.

Absolutely one of the best dinning experiences of my life. I’m a huge fan of Francis to begin with but this 5 course meal did not disappoint. Flawless. The white garlic soup was incredible. The empanadas were mind blowing. chimimi churri steak tower- perfection. We tried almost every dessert. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Additionally, the overall experience lacked a personal touch; the setting felt more like a high-end production than an intimate dining experience.
On the plus side, the service was memorable. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the beautiful location and good service, the lack of value and personalization left us feeling that the experience didn’t quite live up to its potential.

This place is special (what’s make it more special is it’s within Chateau Lacoste). Very good food, good service and lovely ambiance. The servings are huge as well. They did not have kids menu but they served chicken and potatoes for our daughter which she loved. We also enjoyed the drinks they serve and the dessert. Definitely worth the drive and will absolutely go back!

Delicious menu, friendly staff, very cozy. Perfect for lunch and dinner while visiting Chateau La Coste. We did the entrees for lunch, walked the entire park and then came back and did the mains for dinner!

Meat was nice and cooking was as we ordered. Wines are from the estate plus other choices. A bit disappointment to know that Francis Mallmann isn’t involved here, just borrowed his name.

A good restaurant for meat with Manu good references from argentina. Local ice tea is also a good pick. Juste check the quantity with the staff. Sometime a starter is enough!!!
