I would recommend this place faster than any food chain I’ve been to! The Smoked Wings seriously have the best flavor, all while being crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The fish basket came with a great quantity, the food always tastes amazing, and Curtis is always friendly/helpful. We’ve been here 10+ times and never had a bad meal or experience.
Hands down a 10/10.

Blackened shrimp and fish tacos were amazing! Its not very often that we get full off 3 tacos, very well prepared, plenty of protein and flavors are amazing!!

Great, fresh food served dockside in a beautiful setting. The fish tacos were amazing. Dog friendly. The only thing that would have made it better was a bar with cold beer to enjoy sitting out in the sun by the water. We’ll definitely return.

We visited the Shrimp Landing Seafood restaurant / trailer or truck, in the spring of 2025. It is basically an outdoor eatery being served out of a trailer. The picnic tables gave it a rustic pier feel. It was nice having a meal out in nature, watching the water and birds.
The folks who run this eatery were friendly and nice folks. The food itself was pretty good at an arguably fair price. Prices of course are subject to different peoples opinions. Although we found the menu to be very limited. I do like that they have a different special option for each day of the week.
You should be aware that you either take out this food or you can choose the option to eat on location at one of the tables. There are some umbrella shades. But you are out in the elements, which means hot sun, rain, wind, etc. But in nice weather, it was an enjoyable visit. I probably would not elect to sit and eat in the summer sun when the temperature runs in the 90’s. But that’s just me.
They say that they can get pretty busy in the afternoon. We visited early on a Saturday to avoid this, and it worked out well for us. But it was getting pretty busy between 12:30-1PM. So maybe plan ahead. They had one unisex restroom available for folks needs.
All in all it was a decent meal on what was a nice day for us. Yes we were fortunate having nice weather. Yes we will probably return again. But we’re too far away just to pop in. So for us it would be pre-planed ahead of time and definitely assuring reasonable weather circumstances.

We’ve been here twice and the first time was during the week and we were encouraged by the cook to get the butterfly shrimp platter that was on special that day. There were 17 huge shrimp per order!! Also came with fries, slaw and hush puppies and the birds got our hush puppies as they were the only thing that had no flavor. The cook/operator of the food truck was delightful and pleasant.
We visited again this past weekend and although the operator/cook saw us standing at the window (literally 20 inches from our face) to place our order he never acknowledged us and after several minutes we walked away. They lost 3 orders that day. We will go again though as the shrimp were scrumptious!!

The food was phenomenal. Had the blacked shrimp tacos they were fantastic.
Also had the Saturday special of smoked chicken wings, were done just right with a variety of dipping sauces

My husband and I have visited Crystal River twice in the past couple of years for two days each time. Found this place on Yelp. We ate at no other place except for breakfast. This time we got the peel and eat shrimp one night and the fried shrimp the second night and we split the meal each time. It was outstanding both times. And believe me when I say there is plenty of food. The bonus is the reasonable price! It’s similar to a food truck. No inside tables. Plenty of picnic tables outside, or get your meal to go, as we did today. We highly recommend you give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

First time in this place. Food was delicious, the service was great, we order the blackened shrimp meal 1/2 lbs, came with fries, hushpuppies, slaw and also we order the grilled shrimp with same sides and it was plenty of food for one person each meal. Price very decent.. they guy was super friendly. We definitely recommend it and we back for sure. Thanks

Fresh, delicious seafood at a great price. Hush puppies are some of the best I’ve ever had. Fried shrimp were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Outside seating on the water. Not fancy, but the food is really good! Skip the town crowds and check this out.
