Great dinner spot for a birthday dinner. They took great care of us from the moment we walked in. Helped us decide on drinks and sushi plates.
I place we will go back to and try other dishes. They validate for parking, but only for one garage. Double check before going. There is another garage right around the corner. A shot walk and you are there.

We dine here often & the service is always great, but tonight it was amazing! Jackie treated us very well & she was very attentive despite it being a busy night. Love their vegan sushi, it’s always so good. Highly recommend the charred edamame, vegan South Pacific, spicy Kaluna crunch, & the chocolate torte for dessert. Despite it being a busy area we always find parking quick. Great place to bring friends that are vegan, since they have a wide variety. Thank you Jackie for making our night! 🙂

My fiancé read about Blue on Vegan PHX’s IG so we came for the Veganuary specials. They have more vegan rolls than I have ever seen at a sushi restaurant and certainly more vegan rolls that actually look good (more inventive than cucumber, avocado and edamame lol).
Our waiter Ethan was great! After hearing we were there for Veganuary, he introduced us to the specials and called out a few faves, which we ordered. Super helpful with so many options. We ordered the lettuce wraps, the Cowgirl roll, the Thai Peanut roll and another one I can remember. But they were all quite good. I’m impressed they put such effort into creating tasty rolls for people who don’t eat fish or maybe don’t like to eat fish!

We pre-ordered the large vegan sushi platter for Super Bowl Sunday. Care was put into each roll and was plated beautifully. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our pick up. This location is 30 minutes away from us, but definitely a spot we will frequent.

We had such a great experience! The happy hour CANNOT be beat! The food was outstanding. The shishitos and the roja roll were exceptional. The service was even better! Murphy was our bartender and she was wonderful!! Stephanie, the manager, was so kind! We appreciated the recommendations and they also sent over a cherry bomb, which was 10/10! We will definitely be back — thank you Blue Sake and staff for an amazing happy hour experience!

I cannot recommend this restaurant ENOUGH. Their happy hours prices are so good. The sushi is amazing. I had the opportunity to visit for the 2nd time this past weekend. Myself and 5 friends booked a table in the back room and had the most elegant and fun dinner ever!! The staff was SO accommodating and I truly recommend spending/celebrating any major event there, or just stopping by for a roll. 10/10

Went for the first time yesterday the food was SO GOOD! Not only was the manager nice enough to give us happy hour prices at 6:28pm when it ended at 6:30pm, but the waiter was so kind and nice! Jamie F we love you! Then after we requested a sushi boat, and they brought us a sushi bridge, so cute! Ambiance is great, food was awesome, and staff is EVEN BETTER! customer service was everything! Thank you so much guys, we will be back!!

Yellowtail Serrano – A MUST HAVE!! If you don’t glean anything else from this review that’s fine, but I highly recommend this.

The mango crab rangoons were a bit of a let down, but that could be due to my affinity for a good Rangoon.
The service was fantastic and the guy at the sushi bar was very kind talking with us while we asked home about making sushi.

Went in for a late lunch while school is out and parking is easy. I was blown away, not only by the food, but the service. Within hours of leaving the restaurant, I’ve already made plans with friends to go back next week. It is that good. Highly recommend the vegan rolls they’re outstanding.

Sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and prompt. Ordered miso soup; it was cold. Had a fried tofu appetizer; it was bland. Lastly had 2 orders of grilled eel; the eel was cold, the rice portion was tiny; taste and appearance of the flesh was off. I believe the eel was way past expiration. Oh, and the music was very loud. Not sure where all 4.5 reviews came from. I do not recommend this place.
