I have been away from Popeyes for a while. Got a sudden craving today for the classic chicken sandwich with extra pickles and mayo. Stopped at the Rt. 42, Sharonvill location and ordered thru drive thru. I Love how this is packaged/served in the drive thru. A paper sleeve is around the sandwich to keep stuff from dripping off of it. The sandwich comes inside a foil pouch that is WONDERFUL for me because I cant eat the whole sandwich in one sitting. I put the remaining half back in the pouch and it is warm 2 hours later when I want to finish it. I wish all restaurants served food this way.
I got the meal… sandwich, Cajun fries and unsweet iced tea. U even got the strawberry and cream pie, which would ha e tasted better if i had eaten it while still hot. Overall, So good! It was early, so everything was very fresh. Thank you, Popeye’s!

Ordered a family meal online yesterday for me and the kiddos and went to go pick it up… had to wait a little while but it wasn’t too bad.
When I got home, I realized that we were missing all the sides. I laughed and figured I was going to have to fight for our dinner….I was literally just up there and now had to drive all the way back…. so I called up there and actually got the nicest lady. She immediately apologized, confirmed the order and threw in dessert for the whole family. When I got back to the store… young lady at the front kept questioning who I talked to… honey, I don’t know but I know I paid my hard earned cash and only received half my order lol.
Then I hear the angel’s voice confirming that everything I was missing was already packed up and ready to go. Whoever the angel was, I deeply appreciated her for ensuring that the rest of my order was taking care of… she was so sweet over the phone… and I pray she will be blessed for her kindness.
Also, the food was great… kids and I ate well and loved the strawberry pies!!

I have never had a bad experience at this Popeyes. The staff is always so friendly. My food is always hot and right. But I just wanted to take this time to say that I have never seen a fast food restaurant as clean as this one. I mean not even a dust bunny in sight. They could have dropped my fries on the floor and I probably still would have eaten them the place was so dang clean. It’s not just the dining room either. I went through the drive-thru and you can just tell that they really take pride in the job.

I am really tired of this Popeyes and I definitely will not go any more. The first time I went months ago it was at night and they gave me on a three-piece chicken. The leg was the size of when you get wings. And the thigh was not much bigger and then they gave a Another thigh that was like regular size. Today I wanted a large red beans and rice and they gave me three small ones I guess they’re out of the large containers which is fine but it’s mostly rice which is basically a filler I wanted more beans, which is what they usually Give it to Popeyes restaurants. This place is horrible and horribly run. You definitely lost my business. What is wrong with you people your marketing should be in your food. Why would somebody keep coming back? They won’t.

It’s disappointing to see such a lack of training among the staff, which ultimately reflects poorly on both management and ownership. In today’s competitive market, customers have countless options, so it’s crucial to prioritize service and integrity. Unfortunately, my recent experiences suggest that this establishment continues to fall short in those areas. I will not be returning, as I expect to receive the value I pay for—just as every customer should. Your response, unfortunately, came across as generic and dismissive, which only reinforces my concerns.
If you take the time to read other reviews, you’ll see that mistakes happen repeatedly, and it appears this location simply doesn’t care. One reviewer even suggested the place should be shut down. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff I’ve personally interacted with have been very pleasant.
Basically, I feel like my money has been stolen because I didn’t get what I paid for—and I’m sure many others feel the same way. Most people won’t speak up; they’ll simply stop coming back.
Consider this: if every order were prepared as accurately and consistently as possible, you’d start receiving positive reviews and increased customer traffic. That’s what it means to turn quality control and attention to detail into your best form of marketing.

Stopped in for lunch today. It was my first time at this location. The lady at the counter is phenomenal. Awesome customer service. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious. The restaurant was really clean and pleasant. So much better than the Eastgate location.

I got the 12 piece wings for 12, and they were hot and fresh; and WRONG.
I didn’t check them because I normally don’t have an issue at this location, but the fact I was offered Popeyes Sauce instead of the Sweet Heat on my ticket should have been my clue.
So I was stuck with 6 wings with some kind of hot rub on them! My Honey BBQ wings I ordered for my husband were perfect and my fries were lukewarm but I was famished so I downed them.
We live in West Chester so schlepping back wasn’t an option.

Ordered lunch for myself and coworker. I ordered a spicy, 3-piece meal, two sides with drink, 18.29! My chicken was this little bitty thigh, a leg and a wing! Suppose to be spicy, very unnoticeable if it was. The fries were old and soggy. The red beans and rice were good. My coworker’s classic, 2-piece meal was fresh and good. Guess I just got the last of the morning drop! I used Grub Hub for delivery, by my own choice, however, with that, I paid even more for a quality of food that I can’t even begin to say how disappointing it was!
