Update. I ordered wrong on the app with the triple dipper and they were so kind they just fix d it for me. Thank you chilis team. It’s a nice place. I ordered the triple dipper. Mozzarella sticks and chicken strips as well as sliders. Chicken strips were not eatable, the manager or shift lead or someone noticed and gave me a discount which is nice of them but I wish it wouldn’t have happened to begin with. The waitress was very nice and the rest of the food was great. Would I rush back. No. Would I suggest again no. It happens tho.

We had the privilege of having Brooklyn serving us!! Lovely young lady, cute, sweet personality, didn’t mind explaining a few things to us, and really paid attention to drinks and checking on us. She was the best part of our visit to Chili’s this evening!
The meal was a big disappointment for me, basically flavorless, except for the steak. I tasted the beans from my husband’s fajita meal and it was lacking in flavor too! The watered down white Mac and cheese wasn’t even edible. I saw Mac and cheese on a kids plate next to us and it looked good – that’s the only reason I ordered it. When I ask Brooklyn why mine Mac and cheese didn’t look like the little girl at the table next to us. She explained that hers was kraft Mac and cheese and offered to bring me a different side. I was frustrated already and didn’t feel like trying anything else.
I ate my steak and half my mashed potatoes(not the best but better than the other side), then I realized the 6 shrimp I had ordered with my steak was not on my plate! Ugh!!
To add insult to injury, Joe was looking over our bill and discovered that Chili’s gets creative in their tipping percentage estimates. We talked to the manager about it. He explained that was a corporate “thing” and was probably based on what our meal price would have been had we paid for the free chips and salsa we got.
Not hot tea or chocolate and the resturant was cold!!

We had a wonderful waitress. The food was okay, but there is no way that it should cost 80 dollars for 1 adult, child, and toddler. 7 dollars for a little sauce cup of soup that didn’t equal 1 cup, more so 1/2 cup. The tortillas were dry and hard. Fajitas were okay. This use to be our go to for family meals, now it’s the lowest on the totem pole.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a very long time, just wasn’t good,decided to try the new location in Mustang. It had the new,clean feel to it. We went on a Wednesday about 230 only a few others there,whats weird is they sat us right beside the other couple in there. The music was too loud. Waitress very friendly, another member brought us refill on tea without being asked, Tea was nicely flavored. Lunch special Smash Burger was good, fries hot and seasoned, the side selection to go with the lunch specials is lacking,ended up getting a small side salad. Still doesn’t have a lot of originality

This location has become our new favorite Chili’s. The place is always clean, the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating to any request. The runners are quick and polite. The food is always consistent.

Came here after an 8 hour drive and it was the best decision ever made in the life of decision making. Who ever was in the kitchen that day must have been baptized that morning. Waitress was lovely she brought me a big bowl of ranch for my fries she also had pretty eyes. I couldn’t recommend this specific chilies more.
