I walked into this Burger King for the first time and it was an interesting experience. There were 3 people working in total, and only one actually gave decent service. There was 2 men and 1 woman. The short brunette guy gave good service, meanwhile the other tall gray haired man was cooking the food, grabbing money, scratching his butt, and scratching his head with the SAME gloves without changing them. I would not recommend going here unless you want all sorts of unhygienic stuff on your meals!

I pulled into the drive thru and was told it would be a 5 min. wait. 15 min. later still nothing and several cars left. I drove around again and was told it would be at least another 15 min. 30 min. just to take the order. Ridiculous- no explanation, no updates as to why. Everyone that left went to McDonalds next door. 30 seconds and I had my order placed and food in hand. No more Burger King for me.

I visited last week and encountered an older gentleman in the drive-through who identified himself as the General Manager. Unfortunately, his behavior made me very uncomfortable, as he was inappropriately hitting on me. As a result, I will not be returning to this location as long as he is employed there. Honestly, I spent more time feeling uneasy due to his actions than it would have taken to simply leave and get food next door at McDonald’s.

This is one of the best burger kings in Wisconsin. The food is always burning hot lol. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious. So,are the hash browns!They seem friendly at the drive thru.

I had a great dine-in experience at this Burger King! The service was phenomenal—when there was a small mistake with our order, the staff was incredibly sincere and apologetic. They went above and beyond to fix it and even thanked us for being understanding. Our food was brought right to our table with very little wait, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The drinks were perfectly mixed with just the right amount of carbonation. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
