We just used Saucy Chops for a rehearsal dinner and booked through a 3rd party which went very well! Brittany was amazing! She was right on time and her 1st concern was making sure that the sound of the trucks generator would not be too distracting to the party (which it absolutely was not). The guests loved the food and the variety of options were perfect for all ages. Loved the amount of spice! We received compliments from everyone most of whom were from out of state. We loved that it is a woman owned business and loved the concept and bright branding of the truck itself! I would highly recommend for a private party!

Located at the saucy Chops food truck in downtown Denver at the Civic Center Park Friday night market festival. I was excited to try the pork, but I didn’t want to do a sandwich. And I loved that they accommodated me by putting it over lettuce and still put all all the toppings the sauces are delicious. The pork was tender. I would definitely try it again.

One of the best chicken parms I’ve ever had! The elotès were also amazing! Loved the food! The 2 women working the truck were super friendly and efficient! There was a huge pool party event they were hired for at my apartments and they crushed it! Not only did they have to deal with an extreme amount of people, but it was very intense and quick, and some people from the community were really rude. They not only made awesome food quickly and as a team, but also did it with a smile and were super friendly to everyone and made sure everyone was more than taken care of! Thank you ladies! I was at the Suicide Prevention Walk in Denver when I bought two drinks, a 16.9 oz water and a 10 oz orange juice, both priced at $3 each. (Ridiculous prices, by the way.) My total should have been $6.
After I paid, the woman at the stand removed the tip screen without giving me a chance to respond, and without my knowledge or consent, she tipped herself $4. I always tip, and I would have, if she had let me. But she had to scam a teenager? $10 for two drinks? Are we deadass?

Consistently good food truck! The owner Brittany is extremely friendly and will always give great recommendations. I always get the dirty bird, Cubano w/ the mojo sauce and saucy fries. The new pot roast sandwich is really tasty as well!

Oh my gosh! You gotta try this food truck ! My son and I recently ate there, he had the dirty bird, it’s a fried chicken sandwich with her special homemade sauce, he couldn’t stop raving about it and he is a chicken sandwich connoisseur, I had the pulled pork sliders, the pork was fall apart tender but the slaw with her special sauce has been haunting my dreams, can’t wait to go back again , and the little lady that owns it, Brittany, is just delightful! You can tell she pours her heart and soul into her business . It’s so nice to get such great customer service in this day and age.

I’m the type that, when I find something I like, I stick with it. Unfortunately for the rest of Brittney’s menu the very first thing I ever had became my favorite, and I get it every time. 🙂
(The bowl, with added chicken, and the Money sauce on the side.) Always great, always filling; kinda becoming a sort of ‘comfort food’ for me, now. She usually comes around to my regular spot, about every two weeks, and I make a point to be there when she is.
Great food, great energy, great vibes; anyone that says any different, had a rough childhood and just wants to make trouble anywhere they go.
