I really enjoyed the pizza! I got the stuffed crystal pizza with pepperoni! I’ve tried many other pizzas and things here as well and their food is really good. They even have healthier options as well. The employees were very sweet and helpful. When I go to Domino’s I always go to this location.

I ordered one pizza. I did not receive it until an hour later. The tracker on the app kept telling me that my order would be delivered at a later time.Each time it was much later. I called the store and the team member put me on hold for a very long time, and I decided to go outside to look to see if it was delivered because he told me that on their end it showed that it had been delivered. I live on the second floor and had no way of knowing that it had been delivered because it was not confirmed until after I called the store. I called a second time to let a different team member know that I had received the pizza, but that it was cold and that was not a good experience for me. I decided to make a third call to speak with an actual manager whose name she said was Jessie and she was extremely unprofessional over the phone I had to ask her, her name and ask her if she was the manager, she did not ask me my name, I had to tell her who I was and why I was calling? She sounded annoyed by my request to receive a refund because of the guarantee by the Domino’s website-If you do not have a good experience they either have to make it right or they have to give you a full refund. I was put on hold. The manager tried to make it right by asking me if I wanted them to send me a new pizza. I said, no I want my refund and she repeated to ask me again if I wanted a pizza because she was trying to make things right. I told her no, because I do not want to wait for another pizza,and I would just like my refund. I was put on hold again. This time the manager sounded rude, snotty, immature, and told me that because I checked the box to leave my delivery at the door that they would issue me a refund, but this would be the only time that they would ever do it and they would not do it again then she quickly said you should get your refund about 1 or 2 days Goodbye. I began to ask her If she was implying that I was the one at fault for my cold pizza and not her staff who was too incompetent to hit a confirmation button, then she said, you will get your refund in 1 to 2 days Goodbye and I kept trying to ask her because I wanted to know why she was being so rude to me because I’m a customer and she just sounded like she was almost laughing at me and hung up on me while I was still talking. I’m not sure who is the owner of this location but once I talk to them I hope they have the decency to listen to what a horrible experience I had.

We love ordering from Dominoes. We use the app, which is super easy to order from, see coupons and customize your order. We’ve rarely had any issues with orders – 98 percent of the time it’s on point and consistently delicious (and as expected). Our delivery driver always handles our order with care and follows the instructions. The prices are great and food is tasty so it’s one of our favorites for something affordable and quick.

The lady her name is Diana, when I was walking home on the cold windy day and it was super icy, I was walking half way freezing. She offered me a ride to take to the location I needed to be dropped off, she was truly an Angel! I give her the recognition of how wonderful kind lady she was! Thank you!

xtremely disappointed. Not only did it take 1 hour twenty minutes to get it. The drive did not follow the delivery instructions to hand it to me. He/she left in on the concrete steps and it was cold when I brought it in!

I wouldn’t have even given one star but that’s the only way to leave a review. We ordered one large cheese pizza and 3 large pepperoni pizzas and when we ate them, we realized the cheese was bad (literally sour) and the pepperonis were rancid. When we called to warn them, they told us we were wrong and stopped talking with us. We called back and had the same terrible (person was so rude) discussion and so drove the pizzas back to have them smell them and even taste them, but was treated so rudely and they refused to fix anything. They had our pizzas and still wouldn’t give our money back. We left empty handed and they kept our money. Be careful today especially, Aug. 6th, their toppings are rancid/bad. Heads up!!!

The person who waited on me when I came in did not understand what I wanted. I asked about a white pizza, explaining that I couldn’t have tomatoes or tomato sauce. I asked about the chicken bacon ranch pizza which I had in the past, and ended up ordering that, as he said that was the only one with white sauce. I paid with my credit card which would only be accepted if I added a tip! While waiting, I found a menu brochure, only then learning that they now put tomatoes on the pizza that I ordered. I went to the counter and informed him again that I couldn’t have tomatoes. Luckily they could still remove the tomatoes. On the brochure I also found that they have a spinach feta thin crust white pizza which would have been great. Too late. When my order was ready a different guy brought my 2 small pizzas up he had trouble finding me because the first guy couldn’t spell my name. The pizzas were somewhat overcooked. Disappointing.

Ordered a sausage and cheese pizza and a pineapple and sausage pizza….. didn’t get a pineapple and sausage. Got a pepperoni and sausage pizza, the sausage pizza i didn’t get had a long piece of hair in it… called the store 3 times and it seems like nobody knows how to answer the phone or if they just dont want to answer….. this isn’t the first time this happened… im very disappointed… to spend almost $30 on food to not get what you paid for and just get a piece of hair on the side is frustrating and disgusting…. whenever I go in there to order or pick up and order not a glove in site on anyone’s hands. No hair nets or beard nets…. people that work there walk around and talk to you like they dont care….

Guess what? Yesterday was Sunday and guess who was not open until the time posted online yet again. I tried placing an order online. It told me ordering was not available. I tried to call and the phone rang and rang with no answer. This is like the third or fourth time that this has happened. And the time before this, when I had a delivery, it was set on my porch without anybody ringing the doorbell for bugs to get at. Whoever is running this Domino’s franchise really needs to get their act together because it’s going downhill really quick, which is sad because the food is good but the employees and service not so much.
