Princess and Orey were the only 2 working in there tonight when I came in and I had the whole place to myself with them. Princess greeted me right away with a big smile. I quickly saw that the cook, Orey, was trying to get a bite to eat in their down time. I told them it was no rush, despite that, Orey did not wait to get my order going and they worked together to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent service, very nice and the new Fiesta Chicken Protein Bowl was delicious! Thanks!

We waited over 30 minutes to get seated. We had to ask the waitress if we needed to clean our own table to be seated, after she huffed, she cleared the table, but not once told us it was okay to be seated, so we waited another 15 to 20 minutes before someone else, I’m assuming the shift manager, told us we could be seated. Thank God the lady who seated us, also waited on us, I was almost 1am, we were tired and hungry, while the other waitress hemmed and hawed about being overwhelmed, and kept looking in our direction knowing she should have treated us better! Other than that, the food was GREAT!! But Waffle House needs to do better with staffing on the weekends, or hire seasoned waitresses, who know how to handle busy business, and to be honest, they weren’t even that busy!

Always good food there, but they need to work on their mobile app. It is terrible. Let’s just say you order a cheeseburger.And you want no tomatoes, you cannot do that on the app.You have to get it with tomatoes and take the tomatoes off.Even though you may be allergic to tomatoes. To get the people from mcdonald’s to build your app for you.And they’ve got the perfect app for a hamburger cheeseburger place like that

Since the remodel you guys really need to hire more people. They can only do so much I recognize that but sitting waiting on a clean table for 20 mins to then wipe off your own table that you have to sit down at bc all 3 available tables are dirty and despite waiting in the little waiting chairs other people come in and sit at the dirty tables so it’s either sit at a dirty table and wait there or loose out to the new people that just walked in a sat down. Cook points at guy at the dirty table saying he was here first.. he wasn’t we were just polite enough to wait until we didn’t have a choice. Any way.. hire more people the remodel was pointless

Came here this morning after being in the hospital for 10 hours. We waited for service. The cook had to wake up the waitress to let her know she a customers. She did not respond to him. She then started looking at her phone and proceeded to lay back down. The gentleman again called her by her name (Dee Dee) then her response back to him was WHAT!!!! AFTER HEARING THIS MYSELF AND DAUGHTER DECIDED TO LEAVE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE NOT ONLY TO HER FELLOW EMPLOYEE BUT TO HER ONLY 2 GUEST. SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU CANT HANDLE WORKING LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING HOURS.

I’ve eaten at several waffle houses and I know I get it there are times when it’s busy. However I don’t mind waiting but if you expect customers to return Atleast have the staff act with a proper attitude. My mother and I went for breakfast and the waitress we got was omg you could feel her attitude. We were rushed to order and she immediately handed us the ticket not knowing if we were going to order something else. She didn’t even check on our table for refills seeing we had no coffee and water was gone. My eggs had parts that were green and a hair on it so I asked if I may have another cooked. It took so long we just up and left. We’ve been too several Waffle House we’re well known and the service has been fantastic to a point we leave a $20 tip because we felt they do an amazing job. I’ve never felt out of place until I went here to eat. Not coming back and it’s sad because I leave near there but I’ll continue going to the Waffle House on 2510 sunset Blvd where they are worth my time. It’s the quality of the service that makes a customer want to come back!
