Ordered 3 royal crispy chicken sandwiches and every one of them were completely raw. I checked the other two, but did not realize any of this until I bit into the first sandwich and chewed. This is disgusting and I’m just praying I don’t get sick. Absolutely unacceptable

Older balding white haired man. Name tag said “kawika” was EXTREMELY rude. We sat at the speaker for several minutes and when my husband said hello? He snapped that they had other customers up front to. We just didnt know if the headset disnt tell anyone someone was at the speaker or if the speaker was broken. No need to be nasty. Food was cold.

I had gone into the burger king for just a small sandwich, made my order the young lady was not friendly at all.
Then I had to wait, at 12 min. Waiting I asked if they were out of burgers the gentleman who may have been in charge decided he wanted to argue about it, so I asked for my money back, I was told they were real busy
I didn’t see anything leaving the prep area moving any food to the window.
The person in charge said we have 8 cars in the drive thru. I’ve already have been waiting for 13 min.
I had to wait, when I did get my money back,
he had you are one them quote ” you one of those Angry Veterans”
I responded I am a veteran not angry yet.
Just give me my refund and we would not have this conversation.
His parting comment was am higher.
I left, pretty sure burger king is not for myself or many Vets.
They have no respect.

I waited in line for over 30 min and still didn’t get food. They were rude the whole staff was. They didn’t care about the service because all they did was make excuses. They cared about mobile orders and nothing about the patrons inside the business or drive thru. Over heard a girl working the drive thru tell someone that there are other places open go there! It’s got so bad that over 16 people walked out without being served! This is the worst store ever! When I asked why they couldn’t take our order I was told because we have to do this first. This has gotten to be ridiculous

Today I was reminded exactly why I never go to Burger King. I came through to get an icee (because Krystal’s machine was down). While ordering, I realized that the spicy nuggets had returned. (These were the only reason I ever ate at Burger King before.) So I was excited to get some. I ordered two orders after paying, I received very soggy nuggets. I went back inside to get fresh ones, and the ladies at the counter gave plenty of attitude when explaining that the nugget should be soggy, because there is a sauce on them now. I was unaware they had changed, so I still requested fresh nuggets (even with a sauce, the nuggets should be crisp) and said I’d wait. I watched several bags of spicy nugget be put in the warmer for orders. The manager sent most of them to the drive-through, and then placed one order in a separate bag in the warmer. She then proceeded to request three more orders to be dropped of spicy nuggets. then those three orders came up, I watched her pull one order and put in the bag with the other order of nuggets that has been sitting in the warmer for 3 to 5 minutes (or longer) and then hand it to me. The bag was literally dripping sauce to the point I had to go in and throw away everything because who could enjoy that? Especially knowing that you waited for around 15 minutes for that. Just go anywhere else on this exit, honestly. The management is rude and the employees follow suit.

Best breakfast I’ve had from a BK in a very long time. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast! I will definitely stop in for breakfast more often. Iced coffee was delicious.

I go to this BK a lot. Everyone is usually nice. I went to the drive-thru. I had a survey code for a free Whopper with fries and drink. I wanted a Impossible Whopper which I have gotten before with the code at this location. It doesn’t say exclude Impossible Whopper. Ok, fine you don’t want that to count. Got it!! This guy on the speaker (young white guy at 6:48p on 6/11/25) was rude and obnoxious. The only reason I’m mentioning specifics is because there was another man on the speaker too. Cutting me off when I tried to talk and explain. He belittled me and tried to make me seem stupid. Telling me it’s not meat. Not how you talk to customers. He finally said I will let you do it this time and help you out. He didn’t have to help me. My money spends anywhere and everywhere. Because of his attitude I did not buy the sweet treat I planned on. Everyone else was nice and pleasant. He just messed up the experience with his horrible attitude.
