Extremely unique and special place. The brutalist architecture somehow harmonized perfectly with the surrounding nature and the carefully created garden to form a kind of artwork. Although we were not guests at the hotel, the reception staff was kind enough to give us a tour of the premises with a lot of explanations. Huge thanks to Andrés! The dinner was the perfect finale of the evening, with dishes that added a special touch (and explosions of flavor) to Mexican cuisine. We absolutely loved it and it was a highlight of our trip. Especially recommended: the roasted cauliflower and tomato aguachile (both vegetarian), the apple mint abalone aguachile (kind of a fruity, herby ceviche), and the taco de pulpo. Exquisite taste also in drinks – we sampled the entire mocktail menu. Thanks for the outstanding night in an absolutely unique atmosphere!

A must when visiting todo santos! The property is so beautiful and we loved the open kitchen concept. The staff is so friendly. Cesar literally made our night with his service! He was so attentive and taught us so many random facts about Mexico and the area. We ordered the yellowtail tostada and soft shell crab tacos for apps. Both very good. I’d skip the mushroom toast. 100% get the French toast for dessert. Their mixologist Alejandro did such a good on our drinks as well. The best spicy mezcalita. 10/10 recommend

It is no surprise that Tenoch Restaurant has earned recognition from the Michelin Guide in both 2024 and 2025. Based on our experience, a Michelin star feels not like a possibility, but an inevitability.

The greatest challenge at Tenoch is deciding what not to order. The menu is so compelling that restraint feels almost impossible. My strongest recommendation is to order multiple starters and share—this allows you to experience the breadth, creativity, and sheer confidence of the kitchen while leaving room for multiple courses. I am already eager to return simply to try their “everyday food,” like a hamburger, just to see how Tenoch elevates something so familiar into something extraordinary.

From the moment the meal began, it was clear we were in for something special. After ordering, we were presented with an amuse-bouche of tomato soup served as a shooter, surrounded by fresh rosemary sprigs. The aroma alone added a layer of complexity before the first sip—savory, aromatic, and deeply comforting.

The Caesar salad was a standout, thoughtfully reimagined with small bites of avocado and fried sweet potatoes that added both texture and a personal signature. The beet salad, however, truly stopped us in our tracks. Diced beets rested atop a cloud-like bed of goat cheese, finished with delicate greens and a snowfall of shredded cheese—visually stunning and beautifully balanced. Corn toast with mushrooms proved equally memorable, rich yet restrained.

For mains, our table shared the Hoisin chicken and the daily fish special, passing small bites around so everyone could experience multiple dishes. This approach perfectly suited Tenoch’s menu, where every plate feels worthy of attention.

Dessert was nothing short of spectacular—and generous. Four desserts arrived: a refined take on chocolate mousse with three distinct elements, a panna cotta paired with caramelized popcorn, a caramelized banana creation that makes Bananas Foster feel ordinary, and finally, French toast. Words truly fail to capture the indulgence of that final dish—other than to say it is both unforgettable and easily serves two to four people. (I’ll spare you the details so you can enjoy the surprise yourself.)

Tenoch is not just a meal—it is an experience. This is an absolute must-visit while in Cabo, and a restaurant we will enthusiastically return to again and again.

We first came for the food but we returned for the grilled clams and for Ivan. The food at this restaurant is exceptional, but what truly sets it apart is the warmth and professionalism of the service. Ivan is an extraordinary server whose attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and effortless charm made every visit memorable. He anticipated what we needed before we asked and created an experience that felt personal and special each time. During our time in Todos Santos, this became our favorite restaurant, thanks in no small part to Ivan.

Second time here. First time sat at the bar and had a much better experience, both service and food wise. We were ignored for enough time to feel awkward and our waiter then came over and asked what we wanted, zero politeness or professionalism. We ordered starters and mains, what came out was my husband’s main, then my starter with my main. My husband’s starter never arrived. My fav chocolate clams were tough and rubbery and my main soup dish inedible and I sent back. My husband was charged for his starter and my wine was tasteless.
All in all a completely reject-able experience despite the amazing location and setting.

Our second time here and possibly our last, hopefully for them this was just an off night. Food came out of order, appetizer then wife’s main course moments later, my main came a little later, then another app. All completely disjointed. I ended up canceling our salad at that point (which was put on the bill and I had to get removed). I got the burger which was amazing (thus 2 stars), the chocolate clams were tough (over cooked?), the tortilla soup my wife had was muddy and flavorless (we had it last time and it was a highlight). Lastly, I put on the reservation it was my wife’s bday and this was never even acknowledged. For the reputation and price, these folks can do much better

We had the most incredible meal at Tenoch!Everything was top notch from the food itself to level of service. The staff were very attentive throughout the night.
Plenty of restaurants in Todos Santos have excellent seafood and farm-to-table ingredients, however, what sets Tenoch apart is the impeccable attention to detail and creative pairing of flavors. We also loved the tacos and fresh catch with served with warm tortillas. I am still thinking about the chocolata clams; they were so good and incredibly flavorful.
The drinks were also fantastic (thank you to Hiran and Aldair for the excellent drinks and recommendations throughout the night). Highly recommend trying the “cafe y cacao” cocktail for something sweet at the end of the meal.
We will definitely be back to Tenoch on our next trip to Todos Santos!

We only stopped by Paradero Hotel for a morning coffee, but from the moment we arrived, we were treated like special guests. The gerente gave us a warm welcome, and Ángel kindly took the time to show us around the beautiful rooms. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive.

We enjoyed a lovely coffee and some delicious fresh fruit, and the kitchen team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special shoutout to Charly who was especially friendly. The kitchen manager was also genuinely welcoming.

Even though we weren’t staying overnight, the hospitality made a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel for its service, atmosphere, and the amazing team behind it!

The appetizers were good. Scallops, soft shell crab tacos, oysters all good. The main dishes were not good. Undercooked chicken, dry fish and average ribeye that was a minuscule portion for $75 (US) Very disappointing meal. At the price point, we had hoped for better.

We had high hopes for Tenoch given how highly it was rated and that it was in the Michelin guide but were disappointed from start to finish.

First, it was not very easy to find and we drove past the gate of the resort which was not well labeled. When you finally get to the parking lot there are almost no lights and no one to point you where to go. We wandered around in pitch darkness until we finally found the restaurant.

When we got to the hotel we were given bar seats when we had reserved a table, but they were all full. It took 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order as we watched other people sit later and get taken care of first.

The food took about an hour for my wife’s to come, and another 30 minutes after hers before any of my food arrived. I wish I could say the food was good after the wait but it just wasn’t. It was all pretty bland, the plates were tiny, and super overpriced.

Honestly this was such an underwhelming experience that it makes me never want to try a Michelin recommended restaurant again.
