Stopped by Sat evening for takeout 01/17/26. Service was horrible and staff was rude.

We came here to grab a bite to eat because my daughter was hungry. Upon entering this is what we find, the store is disgusting trash everywhere. Horrible service, wife asks to give her a minute and the employee keeps rushing her with no vehicle behind her. And once ordered they don’t even make it right. They need new management and new staff, might as well close down of you can’t add some ranch and sauce into the order when requested. Then you get skimped on the tenders, all breading no chicken. No butter for biscuits and one straw for two drinks. Horrible service. Poorly knowledge employees.

Chicken very greasey biscuits so hard even after they were microwaved. Been awhile since we visited a KFC, never again. I managed a KFC in Point Loma in the 70’s. Chicken was much better back then. Will not return.

Terrible Service. Went through the drive through, they forget all 6 biscuits I ordered. Left my name, was told I had two weeks to stop by. When I called to see if my name was still on the list, they said no, asked if I had a reciept, of course I don’t! Then whoever I spoke to offered me 4 biscuits this time as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of the six they skimped me. Very unsatisfied. I understand people make mistakes, but one should never try to be argumentative over their own mistake.

Terrible conditions at this restaurant. The AC hasn’t been working for over a month now. I bought a soda, the syrup was hot. After today’s getting nasty dried out chicken tenders for $20, mac n cheese tasted like dirt, I’m done with this place. Treat your employees better they don’t be deserve to work in a sweat shop
