The food was pretty good, especially the cheese bread. The toppings on the pizza were good and we enjoyed them. The fried green beans were strictly from the freezer, but tasted okay. The atmosphere was fine but not welcoming. The bartenders were more worried about chatting to each other about patrons than letting me order. I’d rather go to another spot, but it was done quickly, if not expensive. Two large pizzas, small cheese sticks, salad and friend green beans for $90.

Tried two of their pizzas – one with a rectangular crust- Deep Dish Detroit style pizza, which is topped with jalapeños, onions, and a hearty tomato sauce strip, and the other a classic round Basil pesto pizza loaded with fresh tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
The flavors were great, veggies tasted fresh, and the crusts were well-baked with a nice crunch.
That said, the cheese was a bit heavy – would have preferred it slightly lighter to let the other ingredients shine more. Still, a solid and satisfying meal overall.

Enjoyed a baked Italian sub. Many beers and spirits available. Popular place for locals. Great service by the bartender. She was friendly quick and efficient.

Definitely more of a bar than a restaurant. I got detroit-style pizza with a few toppings and it was fine and came in a usual amount of time. The atmosphere was definitely more of a loud bar place, which was just too overstimulating for me and not my vibe. It felt hard to get the bartender’s attention and the place has them pulling double duty as serving staff too. Maybe they have more staff in the normal summer season, and apparently in the summer you can sit outside.

Purchased a large 1-topping pizza for $17.50. The service was good and the atmosphere was like any other bar. The pizza had a soft crust and was cheesy. The pizza was a little greasier than I’d like, but it’s still a good pizza and is very close to a five for us. Overall, it’s a great place to stop for pizza in Port Austin.

Went through to watch the end of the world series got to have one beer and one shot of bourbon Even though there were 20 people in the bar he was trying to close it down at 12:15 on a Saturday when the 9th inning just started in game 7 of the world series 10 more people walked in he turned them away I told him do you care about this business do you not care that you’re losing money for your bosses right now he said he had enough and he kicked me out had to fight to finish my beer I paid for will never go back to this place again if you want to go to a great bar in Port Austin Go to the wash have a nice glass of bourbon great environment and get treated with respect

Stopped in while driving to Caseville, atmosphere looks like a little dive bar. The pizza was good, every table had a pizza on it. The service was good, we had a taller blonde (didn’t get her name), very attentive.

Never going back.. didn’t like anything about the place. The menu is unimpressive and the food quality is on par with a grade school cafeteria. Leave the White Castle size burgers for White Castle please
