The worst place to get Domino’s Pizza!!

I placed an order online, and the Domino’s app texted saying it was ready for pickup. Thankfully, I didn’t rush — but when I arrived, my order wasn’t even made yet. The staff seemed unsure where the order even went. I waited while several pizzas came out, none of which were mine. When I asked, they said, “The app’s not accurate.”
Then one of the employees said he thought mine was being made, but it actually wasn’t. The lady in the back even said she didn’t know where the order went, which honestly isn’t something a customer should have to hear — I just wanted my pizza.
In the end, they only started making it after I arrived, even though the app said it was ready. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. This Domino’s needs to fix their system and their communication because this experience was ridiculous. I’ll be waiting in my car next time — if there even is a next time.

I ordered pizza online for my husband to pick up on his way home. It was the first time I have ordered food online (yes I’m old, I like to do things in person). The process was very user friendly. It was a very basic follow the prompts, which I appreciated. I was able to follow my order from the time it was placed until my husband picked it up. I happened to be on the phone with him when he picked it up. The staff sounded very friendly. He was in and out very quickly. The food was good when he got home. Unfortunately we live at least 30 minutes out from town so delivery is not available to us. We had the left overs for lunch the next day. Overall I am pleased with the whole experience.

This place is horrible I do not recommend anyone going there. Wait in the lobby and never get acknowledgement no nothing. Dont have to worry about my business. Also woman was rubbing her nose and was making food. No one seemed to know what they was doing.

Wife ordered Domino’s on Berryville Ave for dinner last night close to 8pm. No pizza as of 9, no answer at the store. At 10:35 the pizza finally arrived and it looked like the guy sat on the boxes. He tried telling me it was normal for the box to be crushed because of the way the pizza bag is carried. The only positive I have for them is the assistant manager was very apologetic, polite and credited us with 2 pizzas and a dessert.

Last time I went there, I was looking forward to trying the spinach and feta pizza, having grown up eating Mediterranean type foods. I do have trouble eating garlic as it gives me heartburn. The ingredients were Alfredo sauce, spinach, onion and feta. However, when I got it, it was so salty and garlicky, I couldn’t eat it. It tastes like someone dumped an 1/8 of a cup of garlic salt on it. The server did tell me that while they dont use garlic salt, they do squirm a circle of garlic sauce on it, something that wasn’t listed in the ingredients. I also saw a pile of yellowish course flour-type substance, they were rolling out the dough in. That probably is a garlicky salty typeingredient, but not sure. When I asked if I could get breadsticks instead, she said they put the garlic sauce on that too. I asked for cheese bread without the garlic sauce. I got little plain bread bites with loose parmesian cheese that didnt stick to it. I had to ask for a marinara sauce and was given a look. They were also inedible. When I asked the server to taste it, she said “I dont eat that stuff!” Never wasting my money there again.

When I ordered food and picked it I noticed that one side had no cheese on it of my pizza. Apparently, I messed up when ordering on the app I went into the store and talk to Brittany, and she was so kind. She remade my entire order and gave a little something for the inconvenience. Even though it was my fault, the customer service here definitely makes me wanna keep coming back.

I went in to pick up my order and the manager onduty was screaming and yelling and cussing at the employees and running around complaining about orders and cussing about the pick up window. She even was calling the employees bad names. I asked the employee at the counter what her name was and they said brandy and that was the boss. I felt so bad for the employees. If my boss every screamed at me like she was doing to her employees I sure wouldn’t work there. This is supposed to be a new store. I think I needs a new manager running it. That was extremely unprofessional. No wonder there is a turn over there and they are always hiring.

I placed a carry out order around 8:30pm. Put in that I arrived. I sat there for about 15 minutes and then they came out and gave me my pizza. I got home. It’s the wrong order. OK. I called them. They put me on hold and proceed to hang up on me. I called them back again. They ask If I want them to remake it and I can come pick it back up ( I just took over 30 mins to pick up the wrong order ) I told them that I want them to deliver it and I’m fine with tipping the delivery driver. They took my order down and this point it’s past 9 o’clock. They told me it will be there in 20-30 mins. They call me back at 9:20 I missed it. I called them back they put me on hold for over 17 mins I hang up defeated and just eat something else for dinner. I am about to head up to bed at 10:45 at night I get a knock at my door. It’s the delivery driver. Then he proceeded to tell me my new total is 6$.
Completely dumbfounded by how dysfunctional this location is. Anyways just order from the other dominos in Winchester. Not this one.

My order took an unusually long time to deliver. I live 1.1 miles from Domino’s and it left at 2:01pm per the tracker and arrived at 2:35pm. Both of my thin crust pizzas were not cut at all. I then opened the garlic knots only to find dry bread tossed in a box. There was not garlic butter or Parmesan on them. I then called the store at 2:43pm making them aware of the issue with the garlic knots and the employee Carly (I believe that was her name) yelled to another employee that “the lady with the uncut pizza is complaining about her garlic knots now” and came back on the phone and said it will be another 45 minutes to a hour wait if you want another one. I said yes I want this fixed, she asked my name and then hung up on me in the middle of me replying. I waited for over 2 hours for them to bring the replacement and IT NEVER CAME. Horrible accountability and management. Never will order here again.

I was a walk-up customer and ordered 2 med. pizzas. During my wait, 2 different people walked out because they took too long, even though they ordered ahead of time. Another guy online ordered and waited in the store for 30 minutes. Another guy waited as long, only to find out they made the wrong pizza for him. Meanwhile the manager was on the phone for 10 minutes apologizing to someone about another flub. While I was waiting, a homeless guy came in twice and was trying to bum money off of customers. After 30 minutes, I asked about my pizzas. They hadn’t even started making them. I had to tell them what type pizzas they were. I opted to get a refund, instead. Manager gave me my money back, minus the tip I had left. My mistake for tipping ahead of time.
This is not how you run a Dominoes. I’ve been eating them since the 1980’s. If they were all this dysfunctional, they wouldn’t have lasted 40 years. I don’t recommend this store, at least not during a weekend evening. They can’t handle the volume.
