I’ve ordered here a couple times now both online and through the phone service and it’s been pretty straight forward and easy. There are usually pretty good pizza deals and the pizza is really good! I like how there’s always a pepperoncini and garlic sauce in the box. The box also has a seal on it which is cool. Both times the pizza was hot and fresh. The staff are friendly. This pizza shop really takes advantage of modern technology. I’ll definitely order again soon!

This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. The “cheese” was this clumpy tasteless oddly color substance that reminded me more of melted plastic, wax, not sure.
Zero flavor. Literally zero. I never ate Papa John’s before and never will again. The pizza was looking good though when we brought it home, but man what a let down. I was super hungry, I ate one slice from one pizza and another from a different pizza thinking it was the individual pizza. Nope.

Awesome pizza. I’ve been wanting a Papa John’s near Pleasant Hills for so long since the one way down 51 closed. Happy to have them back on 51 instead of having to drive to Bethel.

First and last order from Papa John’s. They outsource delivery through Door Dash, but charge a delivery fee as if their workers are delivering it. You can’t track the delivery. You don’t know who or where the driver is, and you can’t contact them. It’s been over an hour since the pizza went out for delivery and it’s still not here. Good luck.

Papa John’s really lost me as a customer. This is the third time they’ve messed up my pizza order — three separate orders, three different days. Today was the worst. They finally send the corrected pizza, and when the driver gets to my house, she tells my 15-year-old son she can’t give him the food because he’s “too young”
So I call up to ask what’s going on. The first guy says, “We’ve just been backed up, man.” Okay… then the manager gets on and says they have a new person. I tell them I’m over it, I’ll bring the pizza back and just want a refund, and they tell me they can’t refund me because the new pizzas are already on the way.
So I’m supposed to keep accepting messed up food and excuses because y’all can’t get it right three times in a row?? Yeah, no. Never again.

We thought we’d give this location a shot to see how Papa John’s pizza tastes after nearly a decade.
We ordered off of the app which was easy enough to use, but upon tracking the order we discovered it was transferred to DOOR DASH for delivery. At no point are you warned or advised that the local store is NOT handling your delivery. You also are unable to cancel your order once it’s placed. We are about 6 minutes (drive time) from this location. Our food was delivered 1 1/2 hours after we ordered. The pizza was cold, missing a topping and inedible. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Total failure and dismal customer service.

It took 10 minutes for somebody to walk up to the register and ask if they can help you. Also, there were three people standing around a computer monitor swearing profusely that they had done the right thing concerning an order. Lot of drama going on inside that place. The food was good, but some people had upset stomachs for 24 to 48 hours. Will not be going back here I think we’ll be making our own pizza.

Just ordered today on the Papa Johns app. Food order was ready promptly, temperature hot, and tasted great! Team member was friendly and attentive, with multiple customers in the store at the time. Will definitely be back, more convenient than the Bethel Park location due to proximity. ❤️ Papa Johns and wish this location the very best!
