The worst experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your time dealing with these dense-brained individuals. Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Tried calling 4 times to see the status of the pizzas. I could not get a person on the phone who didn’t put me in hold for 15 minutes and then hang up. Personally drove down to location where they had not even started making the pizzas. No apology on behalf of the staff. No effort to make the transaction right.

*this visit was not good by any means, ordered a sausage stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese. Asked why there was alot of sauce and didn’t appear to have extra cheese. Was met by two different individuals with bad attitudes, they reluctantly remade it the same as before. All while trash talking me in the back. From what I gather, extra cheese on a pie is something you pay for but don’t get and when you question it, the employees would rather trash talk the customer within earshot over make it right*

Ordered a Large Fiery Buffalo Chicken w/ 1 Zesty Sauce & 3 Blue Cheese Sauces. No sauces, just the standard Garlic. And the Fiery Buffalo Chicken had my extra toppings (beef & banana peppers), but was missing the base chicken & onion toppings. It’s edible and it’s not bad pizza, (I’ve worked for PJs) but I don’t like paying for extra sauces to not get them, and not getting the toppings I paid for either. Your cutter and your driver didn’t check the pizza before it left. Big reason I eat PJs so rarely anymore, it’s a dice roll on whether you’ll get a correct order or not. Didn’t used to be like that.

This is my second time ordering garlic knots from this Papa John’s location, and both times they were delivered as just plain bread knots with no garlic. They came with marinara sauce but they aren’t GARLIC knots. If you look at the picture while ordering they are covered in garlic and the sauce is just extra. I thought the first time was a freak accident and the second time assumed I did something wrong while ordering. But there is no place to select plain or garlic when ordering. Yes there is a garlic sauce option, but the knots themselves are not garlic.

Do not order from this place. They charge and do not deliver. When you ask to speak to the manager they place you on hold and no manager answer your call. If you have time to waste please order from here. Its a joke and ran like a joke.

Of all the years ordering from this place, I had an experience with one of the delivery drivers. He claimed to have knocked on my door but no one answered. I then proceeded to tell him, you couldn’t have knocked on my door because I have cameras and not one time did he pop up on camera. I was at a doctor’s appointment and wanted the pizza to be delivered to my son when he got home from school. The driver calls my phones and literally says oh well I’m not going all the way up the stairs, someone will have to come out and get it. I had to then call my minor son, whom I did not want outside while I was not there, to go out and look for him. My son said he was way down on the other side of the complex, which further let me know you did not knock on or attempt to redliver. I also leave instructions on the website on how to get to me and it even states there are pink and gold flower pots on my porch! So of course, I call to make a complaint and the white woman who was not caring or understanding of the situation that is supposed to be a manager states, “well, what do you want me to do?!” With the nastiest attitude. As much money as I spend with this place. After debating back and forth that I paid for my pizza to be delivered to my door! Not across the complex and in the parking lot. My son was literally looking for him. I felt like my minor son did more work than the driver ,Alejandro, did! She then says “I’ll put a 10% discount off will that satisfy you” … At the point, I was just like whatever. Still dealing with her nasty attitude and I was talking to her like an adult. Mutual conversation. I had to tell her twice she was doing too much. She said the 10% is on there, just make sure you use your phone number when you order again. Went on my account and she never fulfilled what she said she was going to do. I was not even going to do this review because I figured it was handled. She clearly lied and that delivery is a very lazy man. You guys should look into this! We customers are what keeps business going. I know because I have my own business and wouldn’t dare talk to anyone how she talked to me knowing those people’s money is my livelihood. Let me just reiterate, no other driver has had an issue with finding me after all these years of me ordering. My son really loves Papa John’s so I literally order from here 2x a week. Tip really well. The food is not the complaint. Food is always great. Don’t let sorry, lazy, workers with bad attitudes run you all down. If they don’t like what they’re doing, they just find another source of income. Simple

This location has the worst customer service. They do not deliver food and blame the customer for their mistakes. The store manager does not try to solve any issues; she blames customers for her store’s mistakes. Additionally, their pizza was cold, and the wings were dry because they were overcooked.
